Supply of each set of Elevated Type Uni Directional Runway Guard Light Fixture Consisting of 1 pair of yellow lights together, flashing with LED lamp of series circuit 2.8 - 6.6 amps current, Yellow glass(if required), 1 x 2-pole secondary plug, including frangible collar, stand and with all standard accessories ready for site installation as required.and suitable for operation control and monitoring on existing ALCMS (Airfield Lighting Control and Monitoring System).

Supply of Inset type Uni directional Taxiway Centre Line/Turn Pad light fixture showing green with up to 15 Watts & meeting ICAO requirements LED lamp of series circuit 2.8 - 6.6 amps current, control driver with 8" shallow base with side/bottom hole entry and matching body of the fitting, inner body and outer cover made of die cast aluminium complete with connected heat resistant accessories, prism assembly, optical assembly, "O" ring seal, pressure relief test plug, lense(s), two-pole secondary plug, hardware and all standard accessories and ready for site installation as required and as per the enclosed particular specifications and suitable for operation control and monitoring on existing ALCMS (Airfield Lighting Control and Monitoring System)

Supply of following size 5 KV grade Airfield Lighting Cable copper conductor XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, unshielded, anti-termite and rodent treated, UG airfield lighting cable generally confirming to IS:7098 (Part-II) with up to date amendments and particular specifications of the following sizes as required:

Supply of 50mm size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 16205 Part 24 complete etc., as required.

Laying of DWC HDPE pipe up to 50 mm size complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (80 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc. , complete as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE power cable of 5 KV/1.1KV grade of upto 35 sq.mm in the existing RCC/HUME/STONE WARE/METAL/DWC-HDPE pipe as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV/5 KVgrade of upto 35 sqmm size in the existing masonry open duct as required

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV/5kV grade of size upto 35 sqmm (clamped with 1mm thick saddle) on cable tray/surface as required

Supply of 6 sqmm size 5 KV grade dry type Plug and Receptacle of type I, class 'B' primary connector kit with field attachment and suitable for 5 KV grade single core copper conductor, copper braided, XLPE insulated PE outer sheathed shielded cable, complete as required confirming to the technical specification.

Supply of following rating 5000V, 50 Hz Series Isolating Transformers encapsulated in polyester resin, finally moulded in neoprene type rubber and with primary and secondary connections suitable to be operated via ALCMS System confirming to specification as required suitable for above mentioned fittings for following applications and compatible to use on ALCMS

Making field connections by crimping of 6/16 sq.mm plug & receptacle with suitable existing size single core PVC cu. Conductor cable of 5 KV grade Airfield cable including filling the gap with water sealant material applying PVC insulation tape etc. complete as required

Supply of 2.5 kW capacity Indoor Type Air Cooled Constant Current Regulator (CCR) of Micro Processor Controlled, Thyristor Type suitable for operation on single phase 230V / 2-phase 400V AC + PE ± 10%, 50 Hz input AC supply with 5 steps variation of current output as per ICAO and able to communicate with PC or PLC controlled system with digital output ammeter (0-10 Amps), over current, over voltage, open circuit and earth fault protection and earth leakage meter, two stage earth leakage detector, positive back indication equipments, hours run counter, LCD display complete as required and confirm to specifications enclosed and suitable for operation on the existing Airfield Lighting Control and Monitoring System (ALCMS) with communication, local and remote control and monitoring even and data recording and history keeping etc complete as required.

Installation, Testing, Commissioning of CCR's including positioning, connections of incoming, outgoing and control cables etc., as required as per direction of E-I-C and submission of testing parameters to AAI.

Supply of 10CX1.5sq.mm PVC insulated and FR PVC sheathed, copper conductor (flexible) industrial cable, 1100Volt, conforming to IS 694 with upto date amendments complete as required.

Installation, testing and commisiong of Elevated type Runway guard lights by providing suitable cement concrete foundation as per manufacturer recomendation/as per direction of E-I-C, installing transformer, lens, lamps gasket,nut bolts, lens holding clamp and other accessories i/c alignment,connection, earth connection etc. as complete as required.

Installation, Testing and Commissioning of inset type approach/ turnpad centre line lights/ taxiway light fitting in the runway with core cutting, setting i/c providing sealing material and other accessories inter connections etc.,as required for commissioning.

Supply of Cast iron Isolating Transformer housing box, water tight round type, metal container of outside dia 330 mm, height 450 mm made of 10 mm thick cast iron moulding all round, except the top surface, which is 15 mm thick cast iron moulding suitable to receive a light fitting base plate/cover plate on the top and underground housing associated with transformer power cable and having three/two/one nos holes as per site requirement on the periphery centre, 75 mm above bottom surface suitable to receive 50 mm HDPE pipes as required . The box should have two SS earth bolts of M10 x 40 mm tapped inside near the hole (4" away from the hole centre) and having a drain hole at the bottom suitably tapped to receive 15 mm dia, 'B' class GI pipe and having clear opening of 220 mm at the top surface and 6 Nos. M10 tapped hole having centre to center distance of 260 mm alongwith bolts as required as per the drawings. The CI top cover of 310 mm dia x 15 mm thick with suitable rubber gasket and 6 Nos. M10 tapped hole and bolts as required.

Installation of round type transformer housing box with base concrete of 1:3:6 of size 630 x 630 x 100 mm thick all around concrete of 1:2:4, 150 mm thick top slopped with 1:2:4 cement concrete including providing and fixing 10" long 1/2" dia B class GI pipe with check nuts for drainage of water including excavation and refilling, aligning the boxes in straight line etc complete as required.

Modification of Existing ALCMS System including Integration of new CCRS/GLF facilities with existing ALCMS installed at ATC tower, CCR hall including modification of mimic diagram complete as per directions of engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm GI strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of brass nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Supply of 3C X 4.0 sqmm secondary lead made out of multi stranded copper conductor, EPR insulated and PCP sheathed 1.1kV grade underground cable complete as required.

Moulding of secondary cable of size 2C X 4 sqmm of 1.1 kV grade at site including supply and fixing the required 2 pin plug & Receiptacle connectors complete as required.

Kerf cutting with machine in taxiway/runway/apron of PQC/bituminius surface of suitable depth and width for laying of secondary lead in single layer for secondary and earth cable laying and refilling the same by suitable sealing material etc complete as required

Supply and fixing of readymade cylindrical reinforced concrete chamber of size inner dia 800 mm, outer dia 1000 mm and 1200 mm hight including making hole in chamber for cable/ HDPE pipe entry, chamber cover 1000 nominal dia and 150 mm thick with suitable reinforcement including excavation, making concert base for chamber and refilling the same etc. complete as required as per site condition.

Numbering of GLF fittings / CCR / Transformer Housing Boxes / LT Panel / Switchgears etc. as required.
