M&L Complete Servicing Deep Freezer 200/400 Litre Capacity of any Make/ Type in Situ by Cleaning Condenser Unit, Fan Motor with Blade, Base Plate, etc. Complete Testing for Proper Functioning, achiving Proper Cooling effect including necessary Repairs to Deep Freezer and Testing, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Any Minor Items if required on Servicing to make the Deep Freezer Functional, the same will be provided by the Contractor without any Extra Cost to the Department.

Supply & Charging of Refrigerant F-22 to Deep Freezer 200/400 Litre Capacity of any Make/ Type after Cleaning of Condenser Unit, Evoporator Unit, Brazing to Stop the Leakage of Suction/ Discharge Tubes (as required) and Making the System Fully Leakeage Proof and Vaccuming and Testing, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Dismantling Voltage Stabilizer 2.0/ 3.0 KVA Capacity, Single Phase, 240 Volt AC, Repairing as required, Replacing burnt Transformer Copper wounded, Electronic Circuit, Relays, Indicator Light, Voltmeter, Display, Switch & Socket, etc. to provide Correct Stabilised 130-240 Voltage, Re-assembling the Voltage Stabilizer after Repaired/ Replacement, Re-installed & Testing, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Cost of All Materials & Labour Elements required for Making the Stabilizer Functional, will deem to be included in the Quoted Unit Rate.
