Phase-I: Special Repairs Work
Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of Main machine, Main rope, Rope thimble, Speed governor assembly, Pit pully assembly and OSG rope in lift for Capacity of 544 Kgs (08 person) complete with standard fittings for two lifts in Block 'A' (Ground + 6 floors) and two lfts in Block 'B' (Basement + 6 floors) (Total 04 lifts) incl taking down old unsv parts. (Make-Thyssenkrupp). Work executed in one lift shall be treated as one job.
Notes for Item No 1.01 above: (a) Entire work to be executed through OEM (M/s Thyssenkrupp). For MoU refer Sch 'A' Notes. (b) Copy of agreement entered between contractor & OEM for execution of work throgh OEM shall be submitted to GE within 07 days from date of acceptance. (c) After commissioning lift test report to be submit as per IS 14665 of 1980 (Part 5):2000 (d) Control wiring shall be secured and confirmed to standard practice and fixed accordinly (e) During the execution of work any civil/ cement work done by contractor's own arrangement. (f) One lift in each block shall be made operational during execution.
Phase-II: Comprehensive Maintenance
M & L for Comprehensive maintenance of 544 Kg 8 Passenger lift, Power driven (VVUF) automatic steel sliding door with traveling speed of 0.70 MPS etc complete with accessories for DGQA Md Accn in Buildings (G+6) storied, Make M/s Thyssnkurpp. Comprehensive maintenance includes preventive and periodical maint (fortnightly, monthly, quaterly, halfyearly and yearly) of installed lift in reliable safe and efficient operating condition through MOU with OEM by regularly examining, lubricating and adjusting the equipments and carry out planned maintenance in systematic and controlled manner using techniques and expertise and replacement of all unsevisable components.
Notes for Item No 4.00 above: (a) Entire work to be executed through OEM (M/s Thyssenkrupp). For MoU refer Sch 'A' Notes. (b) Copy of agreement entered between contractor & OEM for execution of work throgh OEM shall be submitted to GE within 07 days from date of acceptance. (c) For type and extent of comprehensive manitenace, refer Sch 'A' Notes No 11 and Paticular Specification Clause 7 & 10.
