Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving exc 15 cm thickness below or above GL complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded aggregate in sub base/ mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4, Type B2, using 40 mm graded aggregate as in hardstanding / path finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete work in pavement/ hard-standing of flexural strength 40 kg/per square centimetre in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic metre, thickness of concrete 25 cm or less complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for forming 10mm thick expansion joints filled with pre formed bituminious filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound grade 'A' for 150mm thick slab complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding removing serviceable tiles to store & rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing of 60mm machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block making good of existing surface and refixing the same over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.
