SOAP DISPENSER : Providing C.P. brass heavy quality liquid soap dispense C.P. push type brass brackets caps etc. and fixing in position with brass screws including providing and fixing rawl plugs in the wall and redoing the walls etc. all complete.(Jaquar /Plumber make) (work includes removing old fixtures also)

Supply and installation of Restroom partitions of High Pressure Laminate ( HPL ) Width 900-1200mm x Depth 1550-1800 mm x Height 1900 mm,(Height is including 100 mm gap from bottom partition to be adjusted as per site condition ) Door Width - 610 mm. The board is made up of layers off cellulose fibers impregnated with thermosetting phenolic resin and the decorative design papers on both sides and core is craft paper impregnated with special melamine resin is manufactured under combined application of heat(1550 degree delicious) and high pressure (specific pressure : 9MPa/ 90 Bar) provides superior scratch, abrasion, heat, chemical, impact, graffiti and moisture resistance along with anti-bacterial properties. Doors are made of 12 mm thick HPL compact panel, supported by 3 stainless steel 304 hinges affixed to the pilasters. Stainless steel made coat hook and door knob are provided with each door. All Mid & End Panels will be made of 12 mm thick HPL compact board with stainless steel Lock cum Indicator (occupancy indicator). Aluminum Wooden coated door stopper profiles with Silicon rubber for dampening the noise while door closing and base is fixed with wooden finish aluminium shoe track.

All Middle dividers will be made of 12 mm thick Restloo HPL compact board. They are affixed with Aluminium wooden coated U-channel at their ends for strong stability of the partition. Providing and fixing double leaf door shutter as per drawing , the door shutter should be made out of 40 mm thich approved make marin grade block board door shutter with 8 mm thick toughened glass pannel for door shutter as per drawing of approved make, including bevelling the glass from all side finish with eaching the required portion of glass of approved pattern. fixing with teak wood beeding patti of required size from one side of the glass . Door should be finish with 1mm thick approved make and colour laminate for all exposed surface, including providing double action hydraulic floor spring with pivot or heavy duty brass hinges with consealed type door closer of approved make , with fixing arrangement and making necessary holes cutout in flooring, 10 inches long CP brass tower bolts, 600 mm lond D type heavy duty fancy CP brass door handles, concealed cylindrical type lock, and heavy duty door stopper etc.with approved colour malamine polish/ deco paint for exposed edges and beeding patti etc complete all as per specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length including approved colour malamine polish / Deco paint etc complete all as per specified and directed by Engineer In charge.

Providing & fixing in position Executive table mad out of fire retardant 19 mm thick Marine BWP (boiling water proof) plywood with table top of size 900 mm X 1600 mm finished with fire retardant 1mm thk laminate externally & internally with storage - drawers as per design. Table shall be provided with keyboard tray in 19mm thick marine BWP ply and fixed drawer units each having 3 number of drawers in 19mm plywood front fascia, 12 mm ply for sides and back, with 6 mm ply for base & finished with 1mm thick laminate externally and 1mm thick laminate internally and shall be supported on telescopic side mounted channels. The drawer unit shall have central locking arrangement & brush finish SS304 handles (100 mm) . CP teak wood 40mm X 100mm for foot rest. All exposed edges shall be finished with second class teak wood lipping with 2 to 3 coats of melamine polish/ deco paint to match the shade of laminate complete with necessary hardware, accessories, labour etc. Table shall have independent wire manager of standard size, Stainless steel finished hardware. The rate shall include cleaning, placing in position, etc. complete. All material shall be of approved make. All works complete as per the drawing, specification and direction of the Engineer.

All exposed edges shall be finished with second class teak wood lipping with 2 to 3 coats of melamine polish/ deco paint to match the shade of laminate complete with necessary hardware, accessories, locking type casters, labour etc.complete. All material shall be of approved make. All works complete as per the drawing, specification and direction of the Engineer. ( Size of drawing Unit 400 mm X 600 mm X 450mm deep )

Providing & fixing in position conferance table of size 1800 mm X 900 mm made out of fire retardant 25 mm thick Marine BWP (boiling water proof) block board for table top supporting on decorative 300 dia round column with apron as shown in drawing, finished with approved make and colour veneer finish for all exposed surface with approved colour malamine polish including all moulding and beeding patties as per drawing, making cutouts for electrical switches, providing close type powder coated metal cable manager etc.complete. All as per specified and directed by Engineer- In - Charge.

Providing and Fixing horizontal type wooden venetion blinds of 40 - 50 mm wide and 3.5mm thick horizontal blinds of approved pattern and colour, finished to resist sun fade or warping. Head Rail – aluminium 50mm, powder-coated finish with matching timber fascia.Tapes and Cords – colour matched Polyester, wooden bead at the end of the cord all are as per directed by Engineer In charge.
