Demolition of Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) in roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) in roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling brick tile in roof top laid bedded and pointed in any mortar and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of mud or existing roof treatment of, any thickness, including plastering and leaping and tiling of any description whether part removal or full complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0, ( using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in padding, roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges and similar work complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for water proofing treatment of roof slab all as followes: - (a) Preparation of roof surfaces by brushing, cleaning and M&L for applying 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 with water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement. (b) Applying a priming coat with bitumen primer @ 0.5 Kg/Sqm (c) Applying a hot blown bitumen grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/sqm (d) APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application complete all as specified. (e) Applying a tack coat of hot bitumen grade 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm and sand in confirming to Zone II in dry condition will be dusted over the bitumen @1.00 Kg/Sqm

Supply only integral water proofing compound liquid complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick tiles 40mm thick laid over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:3 jointed and pointed in cement mortar 1:3 with linced oil @ 5% by weight of cement after applying the brick tile complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar ficings, dressed stone work and pre-cast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Roughening of old concrete floor by picking , sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust Brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0kgof cement per sq. metre complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any discription on brick or stone walls/ ceilings etc, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6 M mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of structureal steel work inclduing doors, gates angles in any position complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel joist channel angle or tee sections fixed independently with out connecting plates etcof gradeW(Gde-E-250) quality-B complete all as specified and directed..

S&F 50mm thick sand stone slabs in sun shades, chajjas, shelves, roof slabs etc n.exc. 2m in length punched dressed on face and along exposed edges, self faced on other side and set and pointed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on any faces of brick or concrete surfaces of walls & finishing the surface even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on brick or concrete surface with water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement finished fair complete all as specified and directed. Note : Water proofing compound will be measured and paid seperately under respective item of Sch ‘A’.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on other than fair faces of brick or concrete surface with finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles (Digital & designer Pattern) in vertical surface 350 x 250 x 7 mm / 450 x 350 x 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match tiles including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 on brick wall complete all as specified and as directed .

M & L for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:3 on ceiling surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L glazed ceramic non skid joint free coloured tiles (1st quality/premium quality) 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06Sqm but not exc. 0.11 Sqm as in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cment mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L glazed ceramic non skid joint free coloured tiles (1st quality/premium quality) 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11Sqm but not exc. 0.18 Sqm as in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cment mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for vitrified ceramic tiles 10 mm thick(square/rectangular) polished,area of each tiles not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floor etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM ( 1:4) including dismantling of existing tiles with screed bed complete all as specified and as directed.

M& L for vitrified ceramic tiles 10 mm thick(square/rectangular) polished,area of each tiles not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in vertical surface etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 10 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Granite (of any type) work(table rubbed and polished)in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platformsand like in cementmortar (1:4) including screed/ pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs 15 mm bore chromium plated fancy bib taps, cast copper alloy, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 10 ltrs capacity PVC flushing cistern low level (white) with inlet ball valve and handle including brackets, rubber bush, washers etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 15 mm bore cast copper alloy CP Stop valves, screwed down, high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and fixed complete all as specified and directed.
