TThe intending bidder should have satisfactorily completed similar work in single order of in any one year during last 5 years (2021-22 , 2022-23,2023-24,2024-25, 2025-26) and In proof of this, bidder should submit copy of single work/ purchase order of value not less than Rs. 2.10 lakhs and corresponding satisfactory performance/work done certificate issued by competent authority (in case of state/central Government/Government under taking from officers not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent cadre and in case of KPCL not below the rank of Chief Engineer) shall be furnished (A weightage of 10% per year is applicable to previous work/purchase orders to bring them to the price level of present financial year.)

The intending bidder should be FSSAI certified agency (Food Safety and Standards Authority of India).Or License to run the Hotel. Or class III and above in case of KPCL recognized contractor having catering experience or Class IV and above in PWD contractor having catering experience (Copy of the certificate shall be furnished.).

The intending bidder should have in last 5 years(2021-22 , 2022-23,2023-24,2024-25, 2025-26) achieved in at least 2 financial year, a minimum annual turnover of Rs. 4.20 lakhs and as a proof shall furnish turnover certificates / P&L account duly certified by Chartered accountant. (Weightage of 10% per year will be given to the financial turnover of previous year to bring them to the price level of present financial year).
