Chipping of concrete and roughening the surface incl all charges

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 (One part of Cement and three part of Plastering Sand (P- Sand)) 12mm, thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materilas to site and labour charges etc,complete as per standard specifications

Painting the new walls two coats over one coat of priming with best Emulsion paint of approved colour and quality including preparation of surface and finishing neatly etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the department officers etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Flooring with Cuddapah slabs of 40mm thick over a base mortar in CM 1:3 (One Cement and Three Plastering Sand (P - Sand)) 20 mm thick and pointed with cement mortar 1:3 ( one cement and three Plastering sand) usimg Black oxide complying with standard specification (P & D data 53)

Painting two coats with Ready Mixed Enamel Paint over the new iron works of approved quality and colour without priming coat including the cost all materials etc.,complete, in all floors.

Providing granolithic floor finish of 25mm thickness with plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (One Cement, Two crushed sand (M-Sand) and Four aggregate) using 10 to 12mm gauge hard broken stone jelly including laying, finishing and the top rubbed smooth with power trawl, thread lining, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The rate is inclusive of necessary planking for panelling wherever necessary and as directed by the departmental officers)

Supply and delivery and fixing of HDPEtank as per IS 12701 / 1996 includingloading, unloading, transportation andlabour charges for fixing of the GIpipes and specials for pipe connectionworks including cutting, threading andfixing charges etc., 1000Ltr

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sqmm (22 /0.3 ) PVC insulated single core unsheathed copper conductor cable of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories inflush with wall with 3mm thick hylum sheet cover with TW switch box and 5A F.T. switch with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire for making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for PVC Open light point / Fan point (For Electronic regulator). etc, complete as per standard specifications.(SD 20)
