Part - A: POND CLEANING: Daily cleaning of pond by collecting floating materials such as leaves & algae etc from the ponds and disposes as per instruction of Engineer in charge by providing 2 nos skilled and 2 nos unskilled swimmers cum cleaners labor including reliever for weekly off as per Clause no 01 of Technical Specification mentioned in Technical Bid & as per direction and instructions by Engineer-In-Charge.

AERATORS: Comprehensive Maintenance of 04 nos. Aerators Pond at SJVV including daily attending of complaints, monthly preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance including replacement of defective internal and external parts as per OEM of Aerators, flat cables & control panel etc. as per Clause no 02 of Technical Specification mentioned in Technical Bid & as per direction and instructions by Engineer-In-Charge.

FOUNTAIN: Comprehensive maintenance of Fountain maintained including daily attending of complaints, monthly preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance including replacement of defective internal and external parts as per OEM of pumps, nozzles, RGB LED lights timers, flat cables & control panel etc. Clause no 03 of Technical Specification mentioned in Technical Bid & as per direction and instructions by Engineer-In-Charge.

SUBMERSIBLE PUMP: Comprehensive maintenance of submersible pump, UPVC pipe and UPVC valve including daily attending of complaints, monthly preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance including replacement of defective internal and external parts as per OEM of nozzles with submersible pump, Gun Metal Valves, SS Pipe grade 304, flat cables & control panel, as per Clause no 04 of Technical Specification mentioned in Technical Bid & as per direction and instructions by Engineer-In-Charge.

BLEACHING POWDER: Supply & mixing of bleaching power & spread out on surrounding area as per instruction of Engineer-In-Charge Quantity (50Kg X per month )

ALUM: Supply & mixing of alum & dosing to pond area as per direction & instruction of Engineer-In-Charge Quantity (05 Kg X per month )

FRP ROWING WATER BOAT: Fabrication & Supply of FRP rowing water Boat size with 9 feet x 4 feet ,should be load carrying capacity of 3 to 4 persons at a time/ maximum capacity 280 kg of colors decided by EIC with all necessary arrangement likes Oars/Rudders( 2 nos.) & testing of FRP boat will be at pond as per specification, instruction and & directed by EIC

Part - B: REBATE: Catching & removing of excess fish and taking away as a rebate as per direction & instruction of Engineer-In-Charge NOTE: Arrangement of catching fish net, life jackets, suitable boat for pond etc. shall be arranged by Agency.
