Material and labour for precast cement concrete block masonry exc 10 cm width with solid block 1:3:6, type C1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate and setting in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified and directed .

Providing precast cement concrete solid building blocks or slabs Type B1 1:3:6 (20 mm graded aggregate) 10cm thick (with plain or interlocking joints as directed) setting in mortar, complete, in walls

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding, removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons, riser of steps, skirting, dado etc laid in any mortar complete all as specified.

M&L for vitrified tiles light shade 10mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm as in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white/ coloured cement, laid over and including cement screed bed 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified.

Ditto all as per item No 06 above but as in skirting / dados etc. including backing coat 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3, complete all as specified.

Material and labour for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7mm to 8 mm thick, square/ rectangular, area of each tiles exc. 0.06 Sqm but not exc 0.11 Sqm in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match including 15mm thick screed bed of CM 1:4 bedding complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for glazed ceramic coloured tiles as in vertical surfaces of size 300 mm x 450 mm x 7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match including 10 mm thick backing coat in CM 1:3, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 16 to 18mm thick granite stone (of any type ) work (table rubbed and polished) in floors, staircase tread & risers of steps, cooking platform, window cill/jambs etc laid bedded over 15mm thick CM (1:4) bedding & pointed in white/coloured cement to match coloured tiles including grinding and mirror polishing complete. (Note : Colour of granite shall be as approved by Engr-In-Charge)

Dismantling of ceiling boarding including grid of any description fixed in any position with nails complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for anodoised aluminium powder coated snap grid frame work for ceiling 605mm x 605mm using aluminium anodoised sections specified in SSR part-I 1991 including cutting, drilling jointing ect complete including 6mm dia of GI hangers wire suspenders fixed with adjustable connectors and providing 6mm thick E-boards (Classic) 605mm x 605mm size Specified by Engr-in-charge and making good

M&L for preparation on newly plastered surfaces of ceilings and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over one coat primer including filling of cracks, holes etc., with cement putty complete all as specified.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on wall by scrapping, washing, cleaning etc and applying filling the crack seal of walls with crack seal (on crack portion) and applying two coats of exterior damp proof painting one coat of primer from same manufacturer including necessary scaffolding up to 12m complete all as specified and directed. Taking down of damaged, loosened cement concrete / cement mortar in walls/ soffits / roof slabs and similar structure members carefully by chiselling / picking etc., up to depth of 20 mm cleaning the dismantled portion with wire brush, remove dust , dirt and other foreign particles and washing with water with pressure and applying bonding agent on old concrete surfaces with Nitobond SBR @ 1 litre per 5 Sqm or as per manufacturer's instruction, over prepared surfaces and providing 20 mm thick High build polymer modified cement sand mortar 1:3 mixed with 10 litres (minimum) Nitobond SBR per 50 kg bag of cement. The high build polymer & Nitobond SBR shall be make of M/s FOSROC chemical ( India ) Pvt Ltd or Equivalent in Dr. Fixit or Harjas coating & polymer including necessary scaffolding upto 12 m complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation old plastered surface of wall and applying one coat of acrylic emulsion distemper over one coat of alkali resistant primer including filling of cracks, holes and including leveling the surface which undulation found with wall care putty etc., all as specified and directed

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of old decorated external wall surface by scrapping, washing, cleaning etc and applying two coat of weather proof (exterior grade) acrylic emulsion paint with anti fungal property over a coat of primer of the same manufacturer as that of paint incl filling cracks, holes using wall care putty complete all as specified and as directed.
