Removing old unserviceable insulation any size /type and supply and application of 9mm acustic insulation inside the duct with engineerd nitril rubber open cell form with density 140-180kg/m3 passing class 1 fire performancetest as per BS 476 part 7 air erosion test for 10000 air velocity s per astmc 1071-05 and with built in antimicro bal protection the material should pass fungi resistance. Test as per DIN EN ISO846 method A and Bacterial resistance test as sper Din EN ISO 846 Method C to be applied using manufactures recommended Rubber based Adhesive in a blend of solvents, complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge
