Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth for laying of pipe and getting out in soft loose soil.

Description all as per item No. 1 above but depth exceeding 1.5 m and not exceeding 3 m complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick.

Removing of excavated material n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point.

PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in foundation for filling in, mass concrete for foundation of Pole, Transformer, Panel board, stay, post top lantern, repairs to road cutting, drain, path etc complete all as specified and directed.

PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in coping of new pole / reconstruction old damaged copings etc, including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for stone dust for cousioning of UG cable/ at cable trenches inside substation bulding

Material and labour sub class 'B' brick used as cover for UG cable.

Dismantling taking out carefully old/unserviceable UG cable any type any size from trenches/poles/ducts/LT panels after dismentling ends from OH conductors/MCCBs/joint boxes for relaying/refixing or carrying to store for Sch of Credit.

Materisl and labour for fixing or passing through pipe, laid in trenches or fixed to pole/wall or fixed to LT panel board, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with PVC insulated stranded aluminium conductor served with inner sheathing of PVC tape, armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed 6 sqmm 2 core with required aluminium cable lugs, heat shrink joints, Colour code heat shrink sleeves at both cable ends all as specified and directed. NOTE :- (i) heat shrink straight through joint 2 core/4 core will be measured and paid separately in this schedule. (ii) Serviceable GI tubing obtained from item No-9 here-in-before for cable protection will be refixed/relaid.

(ii) Serviceable GI tubing obtained from item No-8 here-in-before for cable protection will be refixed/relaid, No extra measurement/payment will be made. Dismanteling taking out broken/worn out steel pole of 8.5 to 9.0 mtr long and kepping aside for refixing or carrying to store for credit

Material and labour for steel tubular swaged pole complete with cast iron base plate , finial taper plug bolts nuts and screws confirming to IS : 2713 and made out of structural steel tube confirming to IS: 1161 and painted internally with a coat of bituminous paint and externally one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint as specified type 410 SP-31 (9 mtr long).

Labour only for re-fixing of steel tubular swaged pole complete with cast iron base plate , painted internally with a coat of bituminous paint and externally one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint as specified type (9 mtr long).

Dismantling and taking down old/unsv cross arms, bracing, supports etc complete for reuse at site or carrying to store for sch of credit all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing cross arms bracings supports clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paints complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking down old/unsv ACSR conductor any size complete for reuse at site or carrying to store for Sch of Credit all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix ACSR conductor incl jointing with existing conductor and straining on LT pole and proper fastening to pin/shackle insulators with aluminium binding wires and required jumpering connection complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking down old/unsv insulator of any type any size from pole/stay for reuse at site or carrying to store for sch of credit complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix pin type, porcelain, vitreous, brown, including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washer and one galvanised iron nut, 100mm height and 65 mm dia for 1100 volts grade all as specified and directed..

Supply and fix shackle type, porcelian vitreous white, brown or green insulator including galvanised mild steel straps , washers, insulators bolts ,washer and nuts of size 100 mm height and 115 mm dia for 1100 Volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for street light bracket, made out of 40 mm dia GI pipe, (medium grade) 1.5 metre long bend to shape as required with nut bolt and clamp and fixing in position incl dismentling taking down unsv complete all as specified and directed.

Painting both side of Iron angle fencing including iron gate after removing rust, loose paint, dirt ,scum or foreign matter and using two coats of same colour synthetic paint all as specified and directed.

Taking down defective LED street light fittings any type,any capacity from 7.5 to 9 meter height poles and bringing down to ground,carry out necessary repair work including replacement of defective spares required, testing on ground and refixing in its original position to the entire satisfaction of Engr-In-Charge. The entire repair work to be completed with in 06 hours of instruction complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- Complaint will be notified to contractor on mobile phone at any time between 0800 to 2200 Hrs and has to be rectified with in 06 hours after notification, failing to which Rs500/- per day complaint will be recoverd.
