Demolition above G.L. upto floor two level including disposal of unserviceable materials with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. RCC work.

Dismantling steel work upto span of 10 metres and height of 5.00metre in built up section in angle tees flats and channels incuilding all gusset plates, bolts nuts, bearing etc and stacking the material up to all leads & lifts (including dismembering) as per the dirction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Steel work welded and bolted in built up sections,trusses and framed work,including cutting ,hoisting ,fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint. In beam Joist Channel, angles tee, flats with connecting plates or angle cleats as in main and cross beams hip and jack rafter purlin connected to common rafter and the like including carriage of material upto all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing in position steel accessories like clamps, suspenders, rope grips, U- Bolts ancherage bolts with pullys etc. along with fixture for a suspension bridges including carriage of material upto all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying 12mm thick mastic asphalt wearing course on top of deck slab excluding prime coat with paving grade bitumen meeting the requiremnet given in table 500-29. prepared by using mastic cooker and laid to required level and slope after cleaning the surface, inculding providing antiskid surface with bitumen precoated fine grained hard stone chipping of 9.5mm nominal size at the rate of 0.005 cum per 10 sqm and an approximate spacing of 10xcm center to center in both direction, pressed into surface when the temperature of surfaces not less then 100deg. C, protruding 1mm to 4mm over mastic surface , all complete as per clause515 including carriage of material upto all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete wearing coat M-30 grade inculding reinforcement complete as per drawing and Technical Specification including carriage of material upto all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying G.I Pipe railing (50mm) including carriage of material upto all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Applying priming coat over new steel and other metal surfaces after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter and scoured with wire brushes fine steel wool scrapers and sand paper complete:(a). With ready mixed priming paint brushing red lead, red oxide/zinc oxide crome including carriage of material upto all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting two costs (excluding priming coat )on new steel and other metal surfaces eith enamel paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt,dust and other foregin matters :-- With ready mixed paint including carriage of material upto all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Applying priming coat on new concrete/masonry/asbestos cement/plastered surfaces after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter and sand papering as required including carriage of material upto all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting two coats(excluding priming coat) on new concrete masonry/plastered surface with enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture for use on floors to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matters and sand papering as required including carriage of material upto all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Stone soling properly hand-packed filling interstices with spalls and consolidating with power road roller to the requested gradient and comber including spreading watering and rolling of binding materials moorum or earth etc. complete as per HP.PWD specification. 100 mm spread thickness (finished work including materials and labour) including carriage of material upto all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1cement :2sand :4graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth including carriage of material upto all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement concrete pavement(25mm to 50mm thick)with 1:2:4(1 cement :2 sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) including finishing with a floating coat of neat cement complete including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Conditions:- (i) Only those contractor will be eligible for the tender who has executed the same & similar nature of work i.e. Foot Bridge. (ii) All the material will be procured by the contractor him self. (iii) Sand and Stone aggregate (20 mm) will be used from approved nearby Quarry. (iv) Viberator should be used in mass concrete work. (v) The cube tests will be tested from approved lab by the conctractor him self. (vi) The core tests will be conducted by the contractor him self at his own cost.
