Excavation in trenches in soft/ loose soil, not exceeding 1.50 m wide and not exceeding 1.50 m in depth, for foundation of poles, stay, cable, pipes etc and getting out complete all as specified.

All as per Srl Item No 01.00 here-in-before but exceeding 1.5m and not exceeding in depth.

Returning, filling, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick each complete all as specified.

Removal of surplus spoil to a distance not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified.

M&L sand cushioning with a layer of fine sand, 8 cm thick before laying the cable and 15 cm after laying the cable, in trenches to cover under ground cable complete all as specified and directed. Note :-Punned down thickness of sand shall be considered for measurement)

Supply and laying, un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, factory made, class HV, type I flat, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing HT XLPE cable, cross section area 185 Sqmm, 3 core, 11000 V, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel (heavy duty ) strip or wire armoured with aluminium conductor complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl Item No 07.00 here-in-before but cross section area 150 Sqmm, 3 core.

The cost of Al thimbles/lugs and cable gland etc is incl in quoted rate and no extra payment will be made for the same. 2. Supply and errecting in true vertical position, prestressed concrete poles, 11 metre long, 152mm X 152mm at top and 152mm x 260mm at bottom, class - 9 including painting of 05 Nos. bands / strips of 30 cm wide each with two coats of synthetic enamel paint (black & yellow) at a distance of 30 cm from plinth block upto 1500 mm height and marking / sign writing of pole number and feeders locations of pole with thick synthetic enamel paint (white) complete all as specified and directed. Supply, fixing and testing lightening arrester, expulsion type comforming to IS 3070 (Part 2) 1989, complete with all fittings, discharge 30 KA assembly suitable for 11 KV including clamps, nuts, bolts & washers and connecting to earth with and including 4mm dia GI wire complete all as specefied and directed.

M&L for mild steel cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps, anti climbing device, back plate etc, fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts and washers, welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of switch Air break, Gang operated with 12 insulator switch Triple pole, mechanicaly operated, mounted on insulator and steel frame, for current rating 200 Amp operating Voltage 11 KV out door, vertical mounted type, complete with locking arrengement, assembly with fuse mount carrier and fuse element of required capacity and isolater suitable for 11 KV including necessary electric connection and 11 KV fuse (drop out type) of capacity 10 Amp, with DO fuses assembly and one No. operating Rod of 25 mm dia bore medium grade GI pipe of suitable length, worked out from ground level and handle complete with lock and two Nos keys incl flat iron clamp 50mm x 6mm MS channel of suitable size & length for fixing GOD including nut, bolt, washers including taking down existing unservicable set complete all as specified and directed.

S&F HT cable route indicator of cast iron not less than 100mm dia fixed through welding angle iron support of size 35 mm x 35 mm x 5 mm thick, 50 cm long including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer along HT trench including planting in ground with block of PCC (1:3:6), type C1, size 30 cm x 30 cm x 60 cm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead, fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit / pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc as required, using 32x6mm galvanised steel strip complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying GI steel tubing, 100mm bore, light grade with all fittings, laid in trenches / under roads / along pole / wall for protection of Cable / GI wire / GI strip etc complete all as specified and directed.

Drilling hole under the road or hardstanding area, manually or with machine, for road crossing for inserting GI tubing for cable protection and making good the disturbed portion complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of cross arms, fabricated from mild steel structural section of any type and size, bolts, nuts etc from existing position and keeping at site for repair / replacement all as directed.

Dismantling / taking out old ACSR conductor / GI earth wire, any size from poles / over head lines including disconnection complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling / taking out insulator of any size / type from existing electric HT lines all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 600mmx600mm, 6mm thick, burried in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meters below ground level with top edge of the earth plate to a depth not lesss than 1.5 meter below the ground level, earth plate surrounded by 15cm thick layers of common salt and charcoal dust starting from ground below 15 cm of earth plate and up to 15 cm above the same. GI plate connected with galvanised iron earth lead strip of 32x6mm by means of GI nuts, bolts and washers etc all as shown in Electrical Plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I connected to earthing test point including testing on completion complete all as specified. Note:- (i) The cost of excavation & earth work shall be included in the quoted rates. (ii) Earth lead beyond 7.5 m from electrode to earth terminal shall be measured separately (iii) On testing, after completion, if desired earth resistance is not obtained, the earthing will be redone at no extra cost and quoted rates shall be inclusive of this aspect.
