JK02AE-6295 by way of Fabrication of Driver seat and backs after removing of all the worn out and broken parts of the seat and backs by providing and fitting of ply board, coir, foam, Rexine , jute ,cloth and fitting properly & also repair to battery box by way of removing all old damaged M.S angle and flats with the help of welding and chisels and fabrication of new battery box . Complete job including cost of labour and material cost.

Repair to electrical system of vehicle after removing worn out and burnt wiring with fitting of new LT wiring .P&F of two tail lamp assemblies -2nos ,Head light assembly -02 no ,indicator assemblies -1 nos ,Ignition switch -1no,battery lead with terminals -02 nos, fuse boxes with fuses ,serving of self starter, alternator and battery. Complete job including cost of labour and material cost.

Providing and fitting of main leaf rear 01no., main leaf front- 2 nos., Aux. Leaves rear 01 no., 5th leaf front & Rear 4 no, 3rd leaf rear 1 no., 3rd leaf front – 1 no., Leaf spring bush 02 set ,U clamps front and rear 3 no each. ,Leaf spring pin 02 nos, centre bolt -02 nos., Retensioning of leaves before fitting .Greasing of all the pins. Complete washing of the vehicle .Making of surface of dented components after application of car solder and rubbing vehicle thereof Spraying of one coat of red –oxide. Mental primer inside and outside the tank and chassis of vehicle .The spraying of 2 coats of duco paint on the tank and the vehicle. Complete letter writing on the vehicle including the tank and number plates Fitting of tank on the chassis of vehicle after providing rubber pads U bolts, nuts and bolts. The job also includes the speed control governor renewal fee, passing fee and other RTO expenditure etc . Complete job including material cost and labour charges.
