REPAIR TO ROOF,PLASTER,PLUMBING,TANK CLEANING AND OTHER CONNECTED ITEMS UNDER AOR OF AGE BR-II AT GE (EAST) AGRA

Taking down of old existing roof treatment / mud phushka / tiles / brick coba from roof surfaces etc including cleaning ,brushing and watering to joints and grooves and throwing the same to a distance exc. 250 mtr and not exc 500 mtr from the roof etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repair of All visible hairline cracks on concrete roof / screed more than 0.50 mm and not giving hollow sound, should be cut and widen in V shape with mechanical cutter in the size (10mm W x 6mm D). Fill cracks with PU sealant / Hybrid Sealant with suitable gun and smoothed with a putty knife or trowel. Allow sealant to cure a minimum (72 Hrs.) 3 days etc complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of cement concrete(unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain cement Concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 ( 12.5 mm graded aggregate) 25 mm thick average as in roof padding including water proofing compound 200ml per 50 Kg of cement etc complete all as specified & directed. Note :WPC shall be measured and paid seperately.

Supply only liquid integral water proofing compound etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for apply a bond coat of Pidicrete URP mix in the ratio of 1:1 (URP 1: Cement 1) by volume to make it lump free slurry when applied on the pre wet surface before application of primer coating on roof where required etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Apply one coat of primer after dilution of water proofing chemicals in the ratio of 1:1 in complete dry condition where moisture contain below 7% (should be checked with moisture meter). Allow the primer coat to dry for 6 to 8 hours. Apply 1st coat of Roof seal Classic or equivalent water proofing chemical without dilution spreading at the rate of 0.70/litre/Sq.mt/Coat until all surface is covered. Lay a 45 GSM Fibre glass mesh as a reinforcing material which is incorporated in the coating when the first coat is still in wet condition. Allow the first coat to dry for approximately 4 to 6 hours. Apply the second of chemical with the same application coverage, but in a direction perpendicular to that of the first and second coats. Allow each coat to air cure for a minimum of 4-6 hours after application. Check to see no void surface is left untreated / uncoated.Allow the system to air cure for 7 days minimum etc complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry including all quoins,arches,pillars etc built in CM complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified & directed.
