Taking down old Chowkats with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) n exc 1.5 sqm and deposited to store.

Dismantling of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry,built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles.

M&L for slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like (Type B1 1:2:4, 20 mm graded aggregate)

M&L for TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and includingmild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips.

M&L for 20mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, win dow-cills, cooking plat forms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including point ing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admix ture of pigment to match with shade of granite.

Providing edge moulding to 18-20mm thick stone of counters vanities etc. including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. Complete.(Granite stone in any description).

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6.0m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 at any height with proper scaffolding and safety.

Supply and fixing factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing

Supply and fixing Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, suppling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing.

M&L for roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc.

M&L for non-skid colour ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match.( Make: Kajaria, Johnson, Somany)

Providing and fixing of pvc laminated gypsum false ceiling of size 595 x 595 x 08mm with hot Dipped Galvanized exposed grid with 24mm wide T-section exposed (galvanising 90gram/sqm &warranty for grid and tiles warranty) flanges which shall be powder coated white. The framework shall consist of main runner made from 0.33mm thick GI sheet and of size 24mm x 32mm x 3000mm and spaced at 1200mm centres securely fixed to the structural soffit by approved hangars at 1200 mm maximum centres. Hangars (GI wire of 4.0mm dia) to be fixed by approved rawl plug, level adjustors and screws etc. The last hangar at the end of the main runner should not be greater than 450mm from the adjoining wall. Flush fitting of 1200 mm long cross tee (with double stitching) to be interlocked between main runners at 600mm centres to form 1200mm x 600 mm modules. Cross tees longer than 600mm to be supported independently. 600mm x 600mm modules to be formed by fitting 600mm long cross tee centrally between the 1200mm cross tee. Perimeter wall angle shall be of 0.45 thick GS steel and of size 19mm x 19mm and 3000 mm long of white colour secured to walls @450mm maximum centres.The first & last runner should not greater than 450mm from adjacent wall. Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceilingroses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custodyor for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc.

Taking down carefully by unscrewing from boards/ outlet boxes, fittings and fixtures such as switches, sockets, ceiling roses, lamp holders, brackets, ceiling fittings, bulk head fittings, tube light fittings and regulators, etc. for reuse at site or carrying to the store (To be measured only when found serviceable in all respects complete for reuse)
