Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Brickwork with flyash bricks, (except bricks) straight or curved on plan to any radius, obtained from demolition of brick work built in cement mortar (1:6) all as specified and directed.

Rendering 10mm thick on fair face of brick or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:6 and 5mm thick floating coat in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound, finished even and smooth with out using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (a) Supply only water proofing compound measured and paid separately. (b) The unit rate quoted is deemed to included for Removing of accumulated earth of any width and depth upto 15 cm cleaning/cutting the grass with hand operated petrol/kerosene driven grass cutting machine and removing the grass waste around 3 m from plinth protection to outside MD land Note: Periodicity of cutting of grass shall be before commencement of work and after completion of repairs.

Plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping including necessary form work all as specified and directed.

Raised pointing to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought upto courses in CM 1:4, including raking out old pointing from old surface

Plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed.

Precast cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 (Using 20 mm graded granite stone aggregate) in landings, cover slabs (for manholes etc.),shelves and similar articles with plain faces and set in cement mortar 1:4 including taking down and removing rubbish material to outside MD complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 10mm thick on fair face of brick or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:6 and 5mm thick floating coat in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound, finished even and smooth with out using extra cement, including taking down existing plastering complete all as specified and as directed. Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1½:3 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation for drain and the like including demolish and disposed to out side MD land all as specified and as directed.

Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1½:3 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in walls for drain and the like including demolish and disposed to out side MD land any thickness all as specified and as directed.

Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1½:3 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in slabs on drain wall and the like including demolish and disposed to out side MD land all as specified and as directed.

Note for items 16 to 18 : Necessary form work and reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately vide relevant items of this schedule

Cutting the rigid and fleible pavement portion above and below the RCC cover slab edge shall be cut in straight line ane vertically by using diamond cutter including demolition of cement concrete reinforced of any description and in any postion and making good as same surface

Form work to sides of concrete foundaions, footings, bases of columns, rafta and raft beams, sides and soffits of foundation and plinth beams and work vertical or to better finished rough all as directed.

Form work to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses etc vertical or to better finished fair all as directed.

Form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work exceeding 200mm thick finished fair all as directed.

TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed0 not less than 0.9mm dia all as directed.

TMT bars 6 to 8mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed0 not less than 0.9mm dia all as directed.

Cutting, removing damage portion of concrete surface in square/ rectangular shape for a depth greater than 20 mm, cleaning the surface with wire brush or cloth and removing the dirt including the wetness and dampness by means of dryer and supply and laying geo polymer based "Geo Krete - ZX of Make eco materials or equivalent in Fosroc chemicals/ Tiki Tar/ M/s STP Limited/sika india pvt ltd rapid setting curing free semi levelling structural mortar of single compound activated by water for quick construction & levelled the surface to match with existing surface all as per manufacturer’s instructions as specified & directed. The geopolymer based water impermeable concrete resurfacing mortar shall have compressive strength of 20 M Pa in 3 hours and 50 M Pa in 28 days without any water curing and curing compounds having a water penetration of less than 2 MM when tested as per DIN 1048 and RCPT valve of less than 800 coloumbs when tested as per ASTM C 1202.

Demolition of existing un-reinforced Cement Concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 Cm thickness complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of demolished materials / debris etc. to a distance exceeding 1.5 KM and not exceeding 5 KM and depositing where directed complete all as specified and as directed.

Note for item No 27 & 28 : (i) Removal of demolished material obtained from Sl. item No. 27 upto 1.5 km distance shall deemed to included in the rate quoted for Sl. item No 27 (ii) Removal of demolished material obtained from Sl. item No. 27 beyond 1.5 km shall only be measured and paid under item No 28.

Pavement Quality Cement Concrete (PQC) work in pavement slab / hard standing, in single layer, using design mix with minimum cement content 400 Kg/Cum to achieve flextural strength 45 Kg/sqcm on 28 days (lower concrete limit LCL) in pavement slabs, spread & compacted using vibrators and paving slip form conrete sensor paver min 4 m wide and Mechanical paver with electronic sensor (minimum 05m extendable with attachment to 8m wide to required gradient , using non circular synthetic fiber @ 0.25% by weight of cement, including necessary steel form work along the joints compacting finishing and belting/brooming all as specified and directed.

Note for item No 30 :- (a) Contractor shall consider 400 kg of cement per cum of concrete while quoting this item. Actual quantity of cement shall be used as per approved design mix. No price adjustment shall be applicable for excess quantity of cement content i.e beyond 400 kg as per approved design mix in execution of work. (b) Non circular synthetic fiber shall be mixed in the " PQC" @ 0.25% of cement all as per manufacturers instructions and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

(c) Supply only of POLYESTER TRIANGULAR/non circular synthetic fibre shall be measured and paid seperately.(f) Cost of brooming and belting shall be measured and paid seperately.(g) Cost of steel formwork and testing as specified shall be deemed to included in the rate quoted by the tenderer.(h)Maximum working temperature shall not exceed 30 degree centigrade of atmosphere.

Supply only polyester triangular/Non circular synthetic fibre (Recron CT-2424 fibre or equivalent as approved by E-in-C Branch) for pavement quality concrete PQC surface complete all as specified and directed.

One layer of polythene film (transparent colour) 400 micron thickness as per ASTM D2103/IS 2508 laid sand cushion with side and end overlapping not less than 300mm all as approved by GE. Note :- (i) Measurement shall be taken for net area and unit rate quoted shall deemed to include for over lapping.

Finishing surfaces of concrete pavement by belting / brooming complete all as specified and directed.

10mm thick manufacturing sand cushion as inter face layer below the PQC including watering and consolidation Spreading and levelling in layers n exc. 25 cm thick

Dry lean concrete of compressive strength not less than 10 Mpa at 7 days with minimum 150 Kg of cement/cum laid and rolled with double drum smooth wheeled vibratory roller of 8 to 10 Ton capacity complete including demolition of concrete and removing to out side MD land all as specified and directed.

100mm thick, plain cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-1 (using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates), as in hardstanding including making joints at 3.00 metre intervals and at each corner, the joint shall be filled with mastic filling (to full depth) comprising of one part heated hot blown bitumen 85/25 & two parts heated sand (by volume), surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, including demolition of existing concrete and removal of debris out of MD land complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- The concrete shall be laid at a stretch not exceeding 3 metre in length and width of joint shall not be more than 12 mm.

Delineator made out of round MS pipe 2"dia and 3' ft long with five bands of reflective tape HIP grade. Three red (1"X6") and two white (2"X6") with jail and one coat of steel primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint including excavating post holes of 15 x15x 15 CM and embedded in PCC 1:3:6 and including taking down and removing rubbish material to outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of protection roadway plastic road studs photoluminicent high visible (Glow in the dark) all weather proof road stud of 100mm x 100mm x 20mm size with orange reflectors with load bearing capacity of 16 tons and minimum glowing period 8 hours without any battery requirement fixed on existing road including taking down existing one with approved adhesive all as per manufacturer's instructions and as directed. Make :- M/s Srijan system Pvt Ltd/ Audo Viso/ Tata BP

Providing and fixing madatory sign board of 600mm dia (with message plate) made out of 3mm thick ACP (Aluminum Composite Pannel) sheet framed with 25mm square pipe with base white and red boardedr and symbol in black colour tape (as per drawing). Back side in grey stove enameld paint including one MS pipe post of 50mm square pipe 3.0mtr long duly painted with alternate black and white bandsof 25cm width including excavating post holes of 30 x 30 x 30 cm and embedded in PCC 1:3:6 and including taking down and removing rubbish material to outside MD land as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exc 400 sqm, exc 50 mm and n.exc 100 mm deep including removing to outside MD land complete all as specified and directed

Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting to the required gradient and camber including filling in depression and hollow, watering, leveling etc., complete using power roller exceeding 8 tonne and not exceeding 12 tonne capacity all as specified and as directed. Note: Rolling and consolidation the formation surfaces to the required gradient and camber under optimum moisture conditions to achieve at least 98% of maximum dry density determined using modified proctor density determination method as per relevant IS code.

Water bound macadam (WBM) of granite, trap or basalt 75mm thick (compacted thickness) with coarse granite aggregate of grading 2 (63 to 40 mm size) rolled and consolidated using 8 to 12 tonne capacity power roller to gradient and chamber required, spread all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparing unsurfaced WBM surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc., as directed.

Applying evenly a priming/tack coat with rapid setting bitumen cationic emulsion conforming to IS-8887 @ 6.0Kg/10 Sqm over unsurfaced WMM all as specified and as directed.

Bituminous Macadam (BM) of grade VG-30 with 4.0 % (minimum) binder content by weight of total mix, using hot mix plant and laid by using mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using power roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity power roller complete for roads all as specified.

Note for item No 47 :- (i) The actual binder content for BM used shall be as per optimised content based on approved job mix formula irrespective of what ever indicated in BOQ. (ii) Price adjustment shall be done on MINUS side only based on paid vocher (without considering the permissible tolerance on minus side) with reference to binder content indicated in BOQ. (iii) No prices adjustment for Bitumen shall be done for variation on plus side.

75 mm thick , Moorum/ red bajri filling in road side berms, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed/ rolled including watering to required level and gradient complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) Moorum/red bajri required shall be brought from outside MD land (ii) Compaction of moorum filling shall be carried out under optimum moisture conditions up to the standard proctor density not less than 98 percent. (iii) Measurements shall be taken after consolidation earth and 5% deduction shall be made for payments.

Material obtained from demolished materials / debris etc. of PQC deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

Hardcore of gauge not exceeding 63 mm of broken stones or boulders, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface including demolition of existing undulated hardcore surface and removing the same complete all as specified and directed.

Machine pressed rubber moulded precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment any shape and size, polished confirming to IS-15658 of 60mm thickness M-40 grade, laid over and including M sand cushion of 50mm thick complete and packing the sides with PCC 1:3:6 all as specified and directed. Note : (a) The Unit rate quoted is included for Demolition of Stone Slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar. (b) The manufacturer's test certificate and individual test certificate of Tiles must be submitted for approval by the concerned authority prior to installation.

Bituminous Premixed Semi dense asphaltic Concrete, 30 mm consolidated thickness, using paving bitumen of Grade VG – 30, with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix using paving bitumen, rolled and compacted ro required camber and gradient using Hot Mix Plant and Mechanical Paver, rolled and compacted with power road roller of 8 to 12 ton capacity to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed.

Note for item No 53 :- (i) The actual binder content for SDAC used shall be as per optimised content based on approved job mix formula irrespective of what ever indicated in BOQ. (ii) Price adjustment shall be done on MINUS side only based on paid vocher (without considering the permissible tolerance on minus side) with reference to binder content indicated in BOQ. (iii) No prices adjustment for Bitumen shall be done for variation on plus side.

Preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags or using air compressor to remove all loose dirt etc to remove all dirt etc. and applying evenly a priming / tack coat with bituminous primer VG-10 at the rate of 2.5 KG per 10 Sq.m complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed. Note: 5% of the quoted rate shall be considered for adjustment in rate for every 3 cm or part thereof above or below of 15 cm average depth of surface excavation.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) any type of soil each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm including for removing excavated materials to out side MD land complete.

Cement concrete type C-1, 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate type C1) as in foundation of fencing post, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Straining and fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh size and type of to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc inclunding provision 10mm dia MS bars as line wire welded to fencing posts and MS flat iron for fixing fencing wire mesh complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Chain link mesh and made of galvanised wire and shall confirm to IS 2712.2003 and having zinc coating of type heavy as laid down in IS 4826 including line wires/ binding wire etc fixed to any type of standards posts complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Weight of chain link fencing to be assesed by BOO order by the GE prior to execution.

Posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc. flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 including dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section, complete all as specified and as directed..

Supply only 10mm dia round bars, cut to length ,hooking ends as in wooven/ straining bar(stiches through chain link fencing between post)

Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nuts, n exc 5cm long diameter of neck 5 to 10mm including taking down existing one complete all as specified and directed.

Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc as directed (each line of wire to be measured) Note :- The unit rate is deemed to be included of dismantling existing unserviceable barbed wire.

Galvanised steel punched type concertina coil 1050mm dia (dia of coil with unstreched) and stretched for a length of 6mm while fixing and fixed to angle iron with 3.15mm dia GI wire all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (a) Weight of coil with 50 turns and 129 No clips (15.2 Kg) (b) The unit rate is deemed to be included of dismantling existing unserviceable concertina coil.

Removing excavated material (soil) to a distance exceeding 50 M but not exceeding 1.50 KM and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Material obtained from demolished materials / debris etc. deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

Repair to pot holes any depth, not exc 1 sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting round edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) including taking up existing disturbed portion of hard core removing and deposting the same where directed by enginer in charge

Precast kerb stone as in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate and set in CM 1:4 including removing the old damaged kerb stone from the site and deposit out side MD land where directed etc including making good the disturbed portion of road or path complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- The unit rate is deemed to be included for (a) Demolition of concrete and removing rubish material to out side MD land. (b) Necessary form work.

Speed bump (SB-01) made out of plastic material so that it can bear maximum load on it. Two highly reflective reflectors moulded in PMMA material welded with ABS base plate through ultrasonic welding process and then fixed on speed bump so that dust and water canot tocu reflectors inside area. Metalic bolts are used for installation on road. size of size L=250mm, W=750mm, H=75mm) including taking down and removing rubbish material to outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Levelling of road side berm by filling, spreading with existing sand/Moorum at lower area and cutting at raise area the with mechanical machine and rolling of surface with road roller of capacity 8-10 tonne, including removal of extra cutting material ,boulders and other materials from area and all as specified and directed. Note :- The unit rates quoted by the tenderer shall be deemed to inclusive for (i) The work in cutting and filling shall be carried out as instructed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (ii) Black cotton soil/ vegetable soils and soils obtained from top 30 cm cutting shall not be used for filling and shall be disposed off as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (iii) Boulders or soft materials are encountered in cut slopes these shall be excavated to the approved depth as directed and the resulting cavities with suitable material and thoroughly compacted as directed. (iv) Cutting and filling shall be cleared of shurbs, vegetation, grass, bush, weed, trees and saplings not exceeding 30 cm in girth, measured at a height of one metre above ground level.

Cat eye made of ABS body with scratch and abrasion resistant micro prismatic polycarbonate and ultrasonically welded lens. Temperature resistant body and lens (90X110X17mm) colour white/ red/ yellow fixing to road by using bitumen or epoxy etc complete including taking down existing one all as specified and as directed. (Make : .(Make: 3M /Simsonite / Tata BP)

SS Sign board pattern (SS to SS-7), fully retro reflective sign board made of 3mm thick ACP (Aluminum composit panel) sheet framed with 40mm round SS pipe having front/back (both) side entire surface fully bonded with retro reflective sheeting of HIP (High Intensive Prismatic) grade having pressure sensitive adhisive. boarders and message as indicated cut out. Back ground in Blue and matter in white colour tape having two posts of 50mm round SS pipe 3.0mtr long including excavating post holes of 30 x 30 x 30 cm and embedded in PCC 1:3:6 and including taking down and removing rubbish material to outside MD land complete and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing Cautionary/Warning sign board having shape of an equilateral triangle of 90/60cm sides (with message plate) made out of 3mm thick ACP (Aluminum Composite Pannel) sheet framed with 25mm square pipe with base white and red boardedr and symbol in black colour tape (as per drawing). Back side in grey stove enameld paint including one MS pipe post of 50mm square pipe 3.0mtr long duly painted with alternate black and white bandsof 25cm width including taking down existing sign boards of any description and fixing in post holes filled with PCC 1:3:6 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing 75mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base to tiles complete including demolition of existing concrete all as specified and directed .

Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cmx30cmx25mm thick machine pressed set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry as in floors and cut and polished using gray cement and pigments over screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick for laying floor finishes in cement mortar (1:4). Note : (a) The Unit rate quoted is included for Demolition of Stone Slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar (b) The manufacturer's test certificate and individual test certificate of Tiles must be submitted for approval by the concerned authority prior to installation.

Forming construction joint, 25mm deep and 8 mm wide in repairs (using diamond cutter), applying one coat of white wash to the exposed vertical faces of slab, providing polyethylene rod 10mm dia and sealed with Polyurethane sealant (Minimum depth above polyethylene rod shall be of 10 mm) complying with BS: 5212 (For type 'FB' fire & fuel resistance) & BS : 4254 and EN-141875 - 2003 (For hydrolysis / water resistance test), priming the sides, minimum movement accommodation factor (MAF) ±30% with ten years performance guarantee) and applying masking tape on edge of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top surfaces to give neat finish to the sealant and removing the masking tape after sealant is applied by mechanical means complete all as specified and directed.

Forming contraction (Dummy) joints, cutting with diamond cutter to a depth of 100 mm and 3mm wide in repairs initially and top 25mm portion cut to 8mm wide to accommodate polyethylene rod 8mm wide and sealant , provision of closed cell polyethylene rod of 10 mm dia sealed with (10mm depth minimum above polyethylene rod) polyeurethane sealant complying with BS 5212 (For type 'FB' fire & fuel resistance) & BS 4254 and EN-141875 - 2003 (For hydrolysis / water resistance test) priming the sides with two coats and with minimum MAF ± 30% (with ten years performance guarantee) and applying masking tape on edges of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top surfaces to give neat finish to the sealant and removing masking tape after the application of sealant by mechanical means all as specified and directed.

Taking down and refixing broken glass couping on top of wall in CM 1:3. Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of FOD TRAP of any description not other wise provided for and refixing after getting in good position by tighting/ welding all as directed. Note :- Additional required mild steel shall be measured and paid separately as supply only. However, labour element for fabrication, erection,fixing and welding, with ends of bars shouldered and/ or riveted all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. is deemed to be included in this item.

Supply only framed work such as gratings, angles or tees, beam, channel with web and flanges etc for FOD TRAP all as directed.

PCC 1:1½:3 type A-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling, posts, bed blocks and similar works including dismantling and form work all as specified.

M&L for granolithic concrete 1:1:2 floor topping 30 mm thick laid over cement concrete sub floors etc finished to and even and fair surfaces all as specified and as directed.

Walling of squared rubble, regular coursed well bonded ,bedded and solidly hearted builtb in CM 1:6 except stone all as specified. Note :- Stone obtained from demolition material shall be reused.

Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains including necessary form work. Note : Necessary form work and reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately vide relevant items of this schedule

Renewing cement concrete tiles in patches, area n exc 5 sq.m. Including removing and cleaning old tiles, preparing beds and laying or setting, jointing and pointing new or old tiles complete all as directed. Note : The rate included for cutting out broken tiles, removing and cleaning loose tiles, preparing bed removing rubbish, roming and replaing old with new tiles to match, complete with all cuttings etc, that may be required. New tiles required is deemed to be included all as directed. The unit rate is also including necessary beding in cement mortor.
