All self -declarations, legally enforceable deeds & Undertakings as per terms and conditions of the tender
All details as called for in the Technical specifications of all the equipments/ materials of the Tender
Any other required documents as per the qualifying requirements, terms and conditions of the tender

Filled in Techno commercial sheet shall be uploaded along with all other QR documents. Price Offers shall be quoted in the item-wise bid Financial offer, provisioned in the e-procurement portal. In case the Prices are uploaded in/along the Techno commercial Bid, then Bid will be summarily rejected. The Techno-commercial sheets shall be uploaded in KPTCL excel formats only.

As per Clause No. 2.3 of ITT above, Bidder shall upload valid Super Grade Electrical Contractors License issued by the Govt. of Karnataka of Lead Bidder & Valid Super Grade Electrical Contractors License OR Class-A/Class-1 Electrical Contractors License issued by any State/Central Government in India of Consortium partner (in case of Consortium) as on the date of bid submission
In case the consortium partner is not possessing SGL but having Class-A/ Class-1 Electrical Contractors License, Bidder shall upload an undertaking from the Consortium partner agreeing that, in case the Lead Bidder failed to execute the contract, the consortium partner shall get the work done by the Agency who is having valid SGL issued by GoK and have executed similar nature of work earlier after duly obtaining approval from KPTCL
