REP/ MAINT OF CERTAIN B/R ITEMS, PERIODICAL SERVICES INCL PLUMBING AND SANITARY FITTINGS AT VARIOUS BLDGS IN TAMULPUR AND REP TO DRAIN, PATH, CULVERT AT DARRANGA MIL STN UNDER GE RANGIA

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc. and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25cm complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing excavated material not exc. 50 m & depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above starting point complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Hardcore with broken stones/ boulders of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for resecuring or easing & adjusting without taking down of wooden door/ window/ ventilator/ cup board Shutters of any description, including refixing/tightening of hinges, handles, tower bolts and other accessories with and including providing new brass CP screws (If required), complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for resecuring or easing & adjusting without taking down of aluminium partitions/ door/ window Shutters of any description, including refixing/tightening of hinges, handles, tower bolts and other accessories with and including providing new brass CP screws, aluminium snap beading, rubber gasket, etc. (If required), complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in-repair of Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions (Fixed portions) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing in-repair of factory made uPVC white color Sliding window (Area exceeding 2.00 sqm each) Two track made of extruded profiles with wall thickness of 2.3mm (+- 0.2mm). Window profile with hollow section with multi chamber, Frame (60mm x 62mm). sash (42mm x 67mm). Sliding Interlock (One vertical length in each shutters) (45.5mm x 28mm). Glazing bead (24.5mmx 16mm) will he mitered cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc.. making arrangement for fixing of hardware. EPDM gasket 1.2 + -0.2mm thick galvanized steel frame (30mm x 21.5mm), Sash (30mm x 18mm), profile to be inserted in required profile, frame will be fixed to the wall with 8mm x 100mm long fasteners.
