Supply installation, testing & commissioning of Electronic Air cleaner (EAC) a hybrid air purification system that improves the indoor air quality through reducing harmful pollutants like particulate matter, PM 2.5, allergens, pollen, smoke, based on trap & kill technology. It should be a monobloc structured with interconnectable units to form array of air cleaners specifically designed for integration in Return Air path, to centrally capture and kill germs and to improve indoor air quality. It should be equivalent to MERV 14 or better with low pressure drop of 0.25" wg @ 2.5 m/s. The multistage filter should have a prefilter at the front to capture particle size till 10-micron size enclosed inside Galvanized steel cabinet and should be self-contained. It should have IMS (Intelligent maintenance system) which can be monitored on BMS. The minimum life of central air cleaner unit should be more than 07 years without any consumable parts. The units shall meet 2006/95/EC, 2013/35/EU, 2004/108/EC and 2014/30/EU or IEC 335-2-65:93 for Electrical safety and EMC tests done and certified by an international agency. It should have RoHS or SGBC compliance for non-hazardous materials. The central air cleaner units must have a valid ANSI/ASHRAE 52.2 test report to verify filtration efficiency. The system must not emit Ozone and maximum exposure concentration of ozone should not exceed 0.01 ppm. Capacity 2000 CFM having minimum dimension 670mm X 610mm x 175mm

Dismantling of Existing filters of AHU along with filter frame of core 4A, 4th floor. The dismantled material shall be shifted to the location as directed by RIS.

Supply & Installation of GI Plenum-Housing for electronic air cleaner.

Connection pieces to join the Filter

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of power cabling, earthing from EAC to the AHU panel.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Interlocking Control arrangement of filters with AHU to switch OFF/ON the filters with AHU.

Dismantling of existing FA Arrangement comprising filter, louver, ducting & damper in the AHU room located at fourth floor of core 4A. The dismantled material shall be shifted to the location as directed by RIS.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of inline fresh air fan. 800 Cfm SP-12mm single phase power supply.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Fresh Air Filter with housing.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of power cabling, earthing for Fresh Air Fans.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Interlocking Controls arrangement of FA Fan with AHU to switch OFF/ON the Fan with AHU.

Installation Charges for Housing

Cleaning of existing duct work from inside the ducting. The duct cleaning shall be done by opening the supply grille/Diffuser, inserting the robotic system with camera and duct cleaning machine inside the existing duct work. The waste shall be collected in a container and shall be disposed off by the vendor as per by laws.
