The concertina coil is to be fixed with razor wire at point wherever coil touches the bottom of razor wire with the help of hog rings ( 14 SWG) complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repair Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strainging bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or stel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured).

M&L for preparing new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Vitreous china wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern) white (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) and including fixing of the following components viz. pedestal pan with "P" or "S" trap, seat and cover for pedestal pan, flushing cistern, brackets, chain and pull or lever handle, flushing pipe including jointing to socket of flushing rim and connecting pipe to union of flushing cistern, inlet and overflow pipe, anti-syphonage pipe or stopper fixed as in repairs complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Flushing cistern and flush pipe as required shall be measured and paid for under supply only separately.

S&F in repairs Vitreous china sqatting pan, "Orissa" pattern, size 580mm x 440mm white, with integral foot rests (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) and including fixing of the following components viz. squatt pattern pan with loose cast iron or vitreous chinaware, "P" or "S" trap, seat, flushing cistern, brackets, chain and pull or lever handle, flushing pipe including jointing to socket of flushingrim and connecting pipe to union of flushing cistern, inlet and overflow pipe, anti-syphonage pipe or stopper, setting the trap in and pan in lime concrete, 150mm minimum thickness and finished just below level of rim of pan to receive floor finishing fixed as in repairs complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Flushing cistern and flush pipe as required shall be measured and paid for under supply only separately.

Dismantling of floor,hearth or wall tiling includinguding cement mortar bedding but not backing and rubbish off the premises.

M&L for Non skid ceramic jointless coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exc 0.09 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white as coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortor (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces of size 450x350x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match over and including rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortor (1:4) on vertical surface as in backing coat all as specified and directed.

M&L for non-skid Heavy duty endura tile 300x300x10-12mm thick coloured joint free in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated , etc) sheet in roof covering complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering or fixed to wall with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.
