Demolition of Brick Work built in Cement Mortar including all Quoins, Arches, Pillars, etc. of any descriptions, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down Cement Plaster of any description on Brick Walls, Concrete Surfaces including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with Water, remove dust, debris/ rubbish, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of cast iron or reinforced concrete drain pipes, jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches of 450 mm internal dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of cast iron or reinforced concrete drain pipes, jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches of 300 mm internal dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) 200 mm set in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in incl spreading , levelling , watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm as in soft/ loose Soil, complete all as Specified and as directed.

M&L for providing Plain Cement Concrete (1:3:6) type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channel and drain completed all as specified and directed.

M & L for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mi- tred/stopped ends etc completed all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing Plain Cement Concrete (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in footpath, sub base of floor completed all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement Concrete type B-1, (1:2:4) using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate in copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed including use and waste formwork (straight or curved) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Providing precast cement concrete Type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) Set in cement mortar 1:4 in landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces including necessary forms, moulds, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Mild steel TMT bars 8 mm dia , cut to length and bent to shape as reqd, including cranking , bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed ) not less than 0.90 mm dia complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size conforming to is 5658-2006 of 60mm thick M-35 grade with grey cement pigment and pigment complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Sand cushioning shall be measured and paid separately.)

Taking down interlocking paver block any shape or size and re-laying the same after removing all vegetation, algae, grass etc laid at proper slope and gradient over sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Sand, if required for correction of level will be measured and paid separately. Replacement of broken paver block shall be paid separately as supply only. )

Supply only machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size conforming to is 5658-2006 of 60mm thick M-35 grade with grey cement pigment and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Brick Work with Sub-Class ‘B’ fly-ash Bricks (with Old Size Bricks), Straight or Curved on Plan exc. 6.0 Metre mean Radius, built in Cement Mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Brick Work with Sub-Class ‘B’ fly-ash Bricks Half-Brick thick, Old Size, built in Cement Mortar 1:4, Straight or Curved on Plan to any Radius, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster in two layer each of 10+5 mm thick on other than fair face of brickwork/one side of lathing in cement mortar (1:4) & water proofing compound mixed with second layer @ 3% finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply only integral water proofing compound all as specified and as directed.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipes and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate), finished smooth and reforming benching for any bore pipe as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Preparing new Surfaces of Walls and applying Three Coats of White wash complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparation of new or previously untreated steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint on old steel surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth incl preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of Manhole chamber of size 1.20 M x 1.50 M of depth up to 2.00 metre each, by pumping out deposited water, taking out accumulated sludge, silt, mud etc and removing the same at a distance not exceeding 50 metre ( where directed) complete as directed by the Engineer- in- Charge.

Cleaning of collection chambers of drainage water internal dia 2.0 M and depth exceeding 2.00 metre but not exceeding 7.00 metre each , by taking out accumulated sludge, silt, mud etc and removing the same at a distance not exceeding 50 metre ( where directed) complete as directed by the Engineer- in- Charge.

Cleaning of sewage line/ storm water line of 450 mm bore either manually (by pushing a piece of bamboo split, tied with gunny bags at one end from one manhole to another manhole ) or by mechanically operated pump including dewatering, de-silting and well flushing the line with water and tesing on comletion complete as directed by the Engineer- in- Charge.

Cleaning of sewage line/ storm water line of 300 mm bore either manually (by pushing a piece of bamboo split, tied with gunny bags at one end from one manhole to another manhole ) or by mechanically operated pump including dewatering, de-silting and well flushing the line with water and tesing on comletion complete as directed by the Engineer- in- Charge.

Cleaning of sewage line/ storm water line of 200 mm bore either manually (by pushing a piece of bamboo split, tied with gunny bags at one end from one manhole to another manhole ) or by mechanically operated pump including dewatering, de-silting and well flushing the line with water and tesing on comletion complete as directed by the Engineer- in- Charge.

Cleaning of existing covered / uncovered (partly / semi or fully filled up) drain, of any opening width and depth by removing and re-fixing of cover-slab (wherever applicable) taking out accumulated silt, mud, earth, rubbish, vegetation etc from the drain and removing the same at a distance exceeding 500 metre but not exceeding 5 Kilometre where directed, washing of the drain with water complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning of blocked waste line (of any bore) from sink/Urinal/wash hand basin to floor trap manually (by pushing a piece of bamboo split, tied with gunny bags at one end from one manhole to another manhole ) or by mechanically operated pump including dewatering, de-silting complete as directed by the Engineer- in- Charge.

S & F in repair RCPC ( Reinforced Cement Polymer Concrete ) grating slab only of size 600 mm x 450 mm x 75 mm thick, of Capacity 3 MT fixed in proper position in repair complete as directed by Engr-in -Charge.

S & F in repair RCPC ( Reinforced Cement Polymer Concrete ) grating slab only of size 900 mm x 450 mm x 75 mm thick, of Capacity 5 MT fixed in proper position in repair complete as directed by Engr-in -Charge.

S & F in repair RCPC ( Reinforced Cement Polymer Concrete ) grating slab only of size 1200 mm x 450 mm x 75 mm thick, of Capacity 5 MT fixed in proper position in repair complete as directed by Engr-in -Charge.

Taking up/down plants or vegtation groth wall upto roof level by means of cutting hole into brickwall and making good the surface of dismatled portion (not exc 150 sqm cm superficial area and not exc one brick depth) using brick bats/aggregate and plastering in cement mortar (1:4) to distributed portion and applying two coat of cement base paint to match existing surface up to forth floor complete allas specified and directed.

Cutting of vegetation, grass, bush, weed, tree height upto 1 mtr above the ground level in around 3 mtr the perihery of manhole, drain etc and removed the tree route complete all as directed by Egnr- in- charge. Note : Quoted rates shall be deemed to include for removing the vegetation, branches etc to a distance exc 500 mtr but not exc 1 km where directed complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L as in repair Expanded metal cut to length bent to shap required and tying with and including annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia weight n exc 4 Kg per Sqm or fixing with galvanised steel staples fixed to wooden of steel frame including all rebating etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying 300 mm bore reinforced concrete pipe of Class NP-2, with collars, laid and jointed in trenches complete all specified and as directed by the Engineer- in- Charge.

Supply and laying 450 mm bore reinforced concrete pipe of Class NP-2, with collars, laid and jointed in trenches complete all specified and as directed by the Engineer- in- Charge.

Supply and laying 200 mm bore reinforced concrete pipe of Class NP-2, with collars, laid and jointed complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded broken stone aggregate for concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and completely surrounding pipes with concrete for 200mm dia pipe lines complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L concrete bed to drain pipe including packing under and haunching against the side of drain pipe after laid and tested in PCC 1:3:6 type C2 for 450 mm bore pipes complete all as specified and directed.
