For Soil The rate in respect of the above Items is applicable for the NET Quantity arrived at after making deductions for voids @ 30% in respect of debris and 20% in respect of soil from the corresponding STACK / TRUCK measurements. Note: (1) Scrap materials shall be screened by Safety Officials of BARC prior to disposal. (2) Necessary levelling will be required to be done at the disposal point to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in charge.

The Contrator shal supply materials of approved manufacturers confirming to IS 2062 ; 2. The contractor shall supply documentary evidence of purchase of steel, Test certificate from approved manufacturers and also third party testing from approved laboratories with out any extra cost as per relevant IS Code parametres. 3. Welding weights, connections, bolts and nuts shall not be measured for payment but the cost of which shall be deemed to have been included in the rates. 4. Providing and Laying cement concrete 1:2:4/M-15 with minimum cement content 320 Kg/Cum in super structure (1 cement, 2 crushed sand, 4 brick aggregates 20 mm to 40 mm) for filling sunken floors of toilet bath & kitchen admixed with proprietary water proofing compound as per manufacturer's specifications and approved by Engineer-in-charge including scaffolding, consolidation, finishing curing etc.

Providing and fixing double tubular scaffolding system using H-frames with cup lock type on the exterior side upto seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centrehorizontal and vertical tubes joining with cup and lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S clamps and M.S staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with building etc. wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and as approved by the Engineer -in - charge. Note : (1) The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purposes. (3) Scaffolding shall be removed only after completion of all works. (4) The scaffolding once provided shall be removed after the entire work is neatly completed in all respects and payment shall be made after completion of all works and measurement will be taken only once. Necessary aluminium/ M.S. ladder/staircase module shall be provided at the cost of the contractor, upto the full height of scaffolding at required locations around the building to enable department Engineer/Supervisor to closely supervise the repair work at heights.The cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.(5)Contractor has to make arrangement at his own expenses for temporary sealing of windows/openings with plywood, to avoid breaking of windows panes, and covering outdoor ac units during the progress of work (6) Wherever scaffolding has to be erected over existing lawns or flowerbeds, then all such locations shall be completely covered with tarpaulins before erecting scaffolding. (7) Safety nets and nylon screens shall be provided for full height of scaffolding to prevent falling of debris and the cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. Providing supplying and sealing the Expansion Joints with Gungrade Polysulphide sealant suitable for RCC Construction Joints by removing the expansion joint board up to 25 mm deep and cleaning the suface neatly and filling Gungrade sealent up to 25 mm deep to the lines and levels complete all asper manufacturers specifications and as directed by the project engineer. 50 mm wide expansion Joints.
