REPAIR TO LEAKAGE/SEEPAGE, SUNKEN FLOOR AND CERTAIN ALLIED WORKS IN MD AND OTM ACCN AND REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF AC SHEET ROOFING AND CONNECTED ITEMS IN VARIOUS LOCATION OF AGE B/R-II UNDER GE SAUGOR

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling, including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), any description including removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhat or frame (without taking off shutter from the frame), area of opening n'exc 1.5 Sqm each, removing from the site complete all as specified and directed. Note:- In order to facilitate the taking down of chowkhat or frame with holdfasts, the cost of cutting holes or dismantling of brick/stone/concrete masonry work of any description in Jambs of existing opening or removing any other fixing arrangement and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 as required so as to re-fix the holdfasts of new chowkhat or frame shall deemed included in quoted unit rates. (ii) Hold fast / fasteners shall be measured and paid separately in respective item hereunder.

Taking down chowkhat or frame (without taking off shutter from the frame), area of opening exc 1.5 sqm and n'exc 4.00 sqm each, removing from the site complete all as specified and directed. Note:- In order to facilitate the taking down of chowkhat or frame with holdfasts, the cost of cutting holes or dismantling of brick/stone/concrete masonry work of any description in Jambs of existing opening or removing any other fixing arrangement and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 as required so as to re-fix the holdfasts of new chowkhat or frame shall deemed included in quoted unit rates. (ii) Hold fast / fasteners shall be measured and paid separately in respective item hereunder

M&L for Brick work with sub- class ‘B’ old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Cutting chases, pinning in making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc., and making good, girth not exc 10 cm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non skid ceramic coloured tiles in floors etc, 7 to 8mm thick, area of each tiles exc 0.18 sqm but n'exc 0.38 sqm (square/ rectangular) tiles, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match tile colour/shade over and including 15mm thick screed bed layer in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item 07 above but as in Dado/skirting fixed over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM (1:4).

M&L for Non skid ceramic coloured tiles in floors etc, 7mm thick, area of each tiles exc 0.06 sqm but n'exc 0.11 sqm (square/ rectangular) tiles, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match tile colour/shade over and including 15mm thick screed bed layer in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for digital glazed ceramic tiles, coloured tiles 600mm x 300mm x 7-8mm thick on vertical surfaces ie. as in skirting/dado etc, set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles laid over and including 15 mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.
