Complete rewinding and repairing of 40 HP three phase, 440 volts, 50 Hz, 1470 RPM 2 set Jyoti make induction motor having following works. (Motor unit)
Dismating of burnt winding wires from slots cleaning and straightening of slots.
Complete rewinding of motor by using super enmamlled copper wire with F-class insulation materials and varnishing, drying by heating process.
Providing and fitting ball bearing as per sample & size of any standard make.
Providing and fitting of terminal plate.
Providing and fitting of C.I housing sleeve.
Making of bearing seat by welding & lathe machine turning & knurling by chiesting, polishing on rotor shaft.
Complete reinsulation for Taking out of motor for foundation sepration of motor and pump for base plate and opening the motor taken out rotor from stator cleaning and drcarborizing rotor and stator and stator 3 phase winding reinsulation, heating etc. complete
Providing and making of diamatrically balacing rotor assembley
Providing & fixing of C.I. motor cooling fan
Complete refitting on motor and base plate checking of horizintal and vertical alignment of motor pump set, coupling with pump and trial testing etc. i/c including loading and unloading charge site to work shop and back.
