Main Switches: Supply and erection of metal clad switches / B.D.Bs with rag bolts on wall or on existing angle iron board / pedestal including bonding to earth and necessary connections. (HSR 31.12 (a). x) Triple pole switch 100 amp. 415 Cat-B Volts.

Moulded case Circuit breakers: Supply and erection of moulded case circuit breakers on wall or on existing pedestal including bonding to earth and necessary connections. (HSR 31.12 (c). i) 15 amp.to 60 amp. 415 V ,10 KA 3-phase.

ii) 100 amp.to 220 amp.415 V,10 KA 3-phase

M.S.Sheet (HSR 31.14). i) Supply and erection of 3 mm thick mild steel sheet duly welded on existing M.S. angle iron frame for fixing the main switches etc. as required, duly painted with three coats of approved paint including one coat of red oxide.

Supply and erection of sheet steel enclosure 2 pole / 3 pole with earth plug and socket suitable for incorporating single pole / triple pole MCB on wall / on existing pedestal complete with necessary connections etc. (HSR 31.15). ii) S.P.N. enclosure for single pole MCB 20 amp.

Blanking sheet (HSR 31.16). i) Supply and erection of blanking sheet in existing distribution board.

Miniature Circuit Breaker and Isolator: Supply and erection of miniature circuit breaker / isolator 240 /415 V in the existing distribution board including making necessary connections. (HSR 31.17). Miniature circuit breakers of 9 KA breaking capacity. ii) SP MCB 6 amp. to 32 amp.

iv) TP MCB of 6 amp. to 32 amp.

viii) SPN MCB of 40 amp. to 63 amp.

x) TPN MCB of 40 amp. to 63 amp.

Supply and erection of Fittings and Accessories. (HSR 31.18). xi) Bakelite angle / straight button holder large size.

Pipe Laying: Supply and erection of pipe for wiring purposes including bends inspection boxes etc. where necessary and painting as required. (HSR 31.21). xv) Heavy gauge welded conduit pipe 20 mm dia 1.60 mm thickness on surface

xvi) Heavy gauge welded conduit pipe 25 mm dia 1.60 mm thickness on surface.

(Q) Earthing (HSR 31.22): i) Earthing with GI earth pipe 4.5 m long and 40 mm dia with masonry enclosure on the top etc. as required .

ii) Extra for using salt and charcoal / coke for pipe earth electrode as required.

xiii) Pdg. and laying earth connections from earth electrode with 4.00 mm dia G.I. wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode as required .

xiv) Pdg. and fixing 4.00 mm dia G.I.wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required .

Supply and erection of under ground cable ,loose in existing pipe or trenches complete with necessary connections. (HSR 31.26). iv) 10 Sq. mm 2 Core Ard. Cable.

Wiring in existing Conduit pipe (Recessed) for Electrical points: Wiring only in 1.5sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor cable in existing conduit pipe and MS box covered with 5 mm thick bakelite sheet including cost of switch, wall shocket, celling rose etc. (HSR 31.38). Supply & erection of Socket size rotary step type Electronic regulator for A.C. ceiling fan Anchor make Delux model No. 50440 ISI / SSK make PC 561 operated on 120/280 V A.C. Supply complete including cutting of existing Bakelite sheet and making necessary connection ect upto the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge of the work. (HSR 31.55).

Supply and erection of module case circuit breaker single pole/ 4 pole on wall /on existing pedestal including bounding to earth and making necessary connection required to complete the job in all respect up to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge of the work. (HSR 31.69). vi) 4 Pole MCCB 200 amp

Non Schedule Items: S/E of M.S. box for computer made of 16 guage of size 250mm x 200mm x 100 mm deep covered with 5 mm thick bakelite sheet white colour of ISI mark fixed by means of 4 nos .brass screws with cost of 1 No. 15 amp multi socket of ISI mark and 15 amp switch and 3 nos .5 amp multi socket with 5 amp switches of ISI mark including fixing the M.S. box in wall with cost of cement sand mixture including painting of M.S. Box and to complete the job in all respect upto the entire satisfatoin of Engineer-in- Charge of the work.

Non Schedule Items: S/E of 120 W LED Flood light luminaries with high power LED < 120 Lumens per Watt Philips / Havell's / Bajaj/ Surya/ Crompton make in aluminum pressure die casting housing toughened glass cover with IP-66 protection With Lense and dual surge protection device internal 5 KV and external 10 KV including all petty material with labour for errection, complete in all respect of Engineer-in-Charge of the work.
