Annual Maintenance of all internal (as applicable) and external electrical installation works of total site (staircase, compound/street lights, glow sign board, Electrical panel board, Feeder Pillar box etc.) incl. day to day operation of pump motor sets & its different valves attached with the pump lines & minor maintenance of plumbing system everyday including saturday, Sunday & Govt. Holidays as per attached Terms & condition in NIQ by deputing 1 no. skilled Electrician per shift (2 shift per day from 6 A.M to 2 P.M &12 P.M to 8 P.M) for the period of Twelve (12) months. Labour charges for engaging 1 no. skilled Electrician per shift incl. charges for EPF, EDLI, ESI & Bonus contribution as per relevant Labour Act/Rules and bonus (as per Payment of Bonus Act'1965).
