S&F in replacement stay assembly complete with accessories, 20mm dia stay rod 2150 mm long, 14 mm dia GI 400 mm, stay plate 230 x 230 x 6 mm, loop type insulator 90 x 140mm, stay clamps and stay wire GI 7/8mm of required length all as specified & shown in electrical plate no. 1 of SSR Part - 1, including necessary PCC in foundation and earth work complete all as specified and as directed.

Trimming / lopping of tree branches touching LT/HT OH lines not exceeding 30 cm girth, shrub, vegetation, bushwwod and saplings at least upto 2 mtr from outer edge of ACSR including removing of branches of trees etc. to a distance exceeding 100 mtr and not exceeding 150 mtr complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Linear length centre to centre of the poles shall only be measured. (ii) Shutdown wherever required shall be taken from Engr-in-Charge.

M&L painting of LT 09 mtrs long steel pole with cross arm and clamp of any length and shape for LT over head line with two coat of aluminium paint including preparation of existing surfaces and marking pole no. in a 15 cm dia yellow circle and marking 03 nos. black and 02 Nos. white bands/ strips with 30 cm wide fluorescent paint from bottom of pole up to 1.5 mtr height complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for spraying chemical (Glycel /roundup and chemical composition Isopropyl amine salt of glyphoeate a.i.-40.60%, surfactant inert polyoxy ethylene amine 15.00 % & manufacturing Impurities 4.00% ) on area to remove unwanted vegetation / grass at various locations as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Notes - 1. Labour and equipments to spray chemical on required area are inclusive in quoted rates. 2. Spray will be repeated quarterly or as per the directions of Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, installation¸ testing & commissioning of maintenance free earthing with earth (grounding) electrodes,electrically conductive concrete earth enhancing mineral compound and PCC pit with cover. (a) Earth Electrode: copper coated earh rod of 3 meter long having diameter of 17.2 mm with 200 - 250 micron copper coated MS rod shall be in-situ cast in electrically conductive concrete earth enhancing mineral compound. Size of embedding of electrically coonductive concrete earth enhancing mineral compound shall be 85 mm dia. The electrode should be able to withstand a fault current 35kA -45 KA (Peak) for 1 second duly tested from recognized National Test laboratories like CPRI, ERDA, ERTL, MSME etc (not more than 18 months old). elctrode alongwith clamp made of stainless stell or gun metalfor terminating cable / flat conductor. (b) Earth Enhancing mineral compound should have the following features:- 1. Ultra low resistivity. 2. Should be remaining effective for a very long period. 3. Should not corrode the embedded metal conductor of the electrode. 4.Including 7 mtrs aluminium strip of size 32 x6 mm for connecting 5. minimum of 25 Kg earth enhancing mineral compound shall be provided in each earhing. (c) PCC Pit: Earthing inspection / test link pit (round) with cover with PVC/HRP/Cement concrete cover of at least 250mm depth should be provided. Note: 1. Test report of earth electrode from a recognize National Test laboratories like FYI CPRI, ERDA, ERTL, MSME etc should be submitted as proof. 2.Test report of earth enhancing mineral compound for leaching and TCLP with NABL accredited Lab. 3.Testing shall be done in presence of JE in charge,if the earth resistance value found more than 1 ohm, additional earth enhancing mineral compound shall be provided by contactor without any extra cost. Make : earth enhancing mineral compound PRO-SAN article no. 300 830 of CAPE Electric or equivalent make as approved by GE.
