Labour for scraping cleaning the road surface applying tack coat using 3.0 kg of bitumen for 10 sqm and laying 37.5mm thick Built up spray grouting in one layers using 0.45cum of 25mm to 40mm size hard granite metal and 12.00kg penetration grade of bitumen for 10 sqm with 0.12 cum of 12mm size hard granite chips as key stone for 10 sqm spreading over and laying etc (To be used for minor repair works only )

Providing and applying priming coat over the prepared surface in low porosity with bitumen Emolusion (SS-1) including cleaning of road surface & spraying primer @ 0.90 to 1.2 Kg./sqm using mechanical means etc.complete as per technical (MORD) specification clause 502.

Providing and applying Tack coat over the bituminous surface, with bitumen emolusion (RS-1) using emolusion distributor cleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical (MORD) specification as per clause no.503.

Labour for laying 20 mm thick premix carpet using 0.27 cum of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm size crushed stone chipping and 14.60kg penetration grade of bitumen for 10 sqm including hand packing to proper camber and consolidation with PRR including hire & running charges of PRR , hot-mix plant,bitumen boilers and all other T&P articles etc(To be used for minor repair works )

Labour for laying 6mm thick precoated seal coat Type-B using 0.06 cum of 6.7mm size chips as per sieve analysis and 6.8kg of bitumen per 10sqm including hire& running charges of PRR,hot-mix plant , tar boiler and all other T&P articles etc

Construction of Un-reinforced, plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub-base with 43 grade cement @ 350 kg /cum coarse and fine aggregate confirming to IS:383,maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm,mixed in aconcrete mixer of not lessthan .2cum capacity andappropriate batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design,transported to site,laid with a fixed form or slip form paver,spread,compacted and finished in a continous operation etc , curing compound ,finishing to lines and grades as per drawing and as per clause 602 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th. Construction of hard earth shouder having CBR more than 5 with approved materials of obtained from borrow pit with all lead & lefts, transporting of sit spreading, grading to required slope and compaction to meet requirement of table 300.2 as per technical specification clause 303.1 etc complete
