Dismantling tiled roofing including rafters, purlins etc. complete including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material outside school premises to dump at municipal dumping ground.

Plastering with cement mortar (1:4) 15mm thick in single coat for internal surfaces of walls including curing etc all labour & material etc. complete. All labour & material etc. complete.

Constructing masonry in superstructure using precast cement concrete solid blocks having a crushing strength of not less than 70kg/m2 (28 days curing) and a mix not leaner than (1:5:10) in cement mortar (1:6) including providing specially moulded blocks at junctions and corners with all scaffolding lift ,raking out joints curing etc. complete with all labour and materials.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete (1:1.5:3) using 20/40mm graded black trap stone metal out of quarried boulders as coarse aggregate including mixing, depositing, consolidating, levelling, curing, etc. All tools, plants,labour and materials complete.

Structural steel work using TATA/SAIL/VIZAG/RINL/JINDAL by Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete.Hot finished welded type tubes

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with paint of approved brand and manufacture

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (TATA/JINDAL) (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %), total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 gsm as per IS: 277 in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches while transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.All tools, plants, Scafolding,labour and materials.

Do above but for Ridges plain (TATA/JINDAL)( 500-600mm ).

Applying primer coat for distemper of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface - make Dulux/asian/berger

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade in double coat with approved colour,shade all labour and materials complete - make Dulux/asian/berger

Applying primer coat for wheather shield/apex of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface: water thinnable cement primer -make asian

Providing and applying Wheather Sheild Acrylic Paint of Dulux/Asian or any other approved equivalent make for external surfaces,overhead water tanks,etc. including preparing the surface, cleaning, coir brushing, scaffolding, all labour and materials compleyte in Double coat with approved colour, shade all labour and materials complete.

Relocating of existing sintex water tank 500ltr. Including necessary pipe line, pipe fitting, valve ect complete with all labour and material.
