Raising of compound wall :-Plain Cement Concrete corresponding to M-15 grade as per IS 456 nominal mix using 20mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) (consisting of nominal size metal 60% of 20mm, 15% of 13.20/12.50mm, 15% of 10mm and 10% of 6mm) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (river sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site, all operational, incidental and labour charges such as mixing, laying concrete, curing and cost of overheads & contractors profit etc.,complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work, for:-Machine Mix-PCC : M-15 MACHINE MIX

Solid Fly-ash Block masonry 225 mm thick for panel walls in super structure, parapet walls with cement mortar (1:6) prop (Cement:sand) using solid fly-ash blocks of size 290 x 225 x 140 mm from approved source having minimum crushing strength of 5 N/sq.mm. including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, river sand , bricks, water etc., to site, excluding seigniorage on all materials but including all incidental and operational, labour charges like mixing cement mortar, scaffolding charges (with Casuarinas Ballies, Bamboos, Wooden Reapers, Runners, Wood Posts, Wall Plates etc), constructing masonry, lift charges, curing overheads & contractors profit etc., complete for finished item of work as per SS 504. for:-Fly Ash Block Masonry in CM 1:6 (290x225x140)

Plastering 12mm thick in two coats using screened river sand with base coat of 8mm thick in CM (1:6) and top coat of 4mm thick in CM (1:4) with dubara sponge finishing including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, river sand, water etc., to site, all operational, incidental charges on materials, cost of all labour charges for mixing mortar, finishing, scaffolding (with Casuarinas Ballies, Bamboos, Wooden Reapers, Runners, Wood Posts, Wall Plates etc) , lift charges, curing, cutting grooves as directed by Engineer - in - charge etc., and overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work. (SS 901,903 & 904)

Painting to new walls with 2 coats of acrylic emulsion paint exterior grade with silicon additives having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 30 grams/ litre of approved brand and shade over a base coat of approved water based Cement Primer of Exterior Grade- 2 making 3 coats in all to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc. complete and cost of overheads & contractors profit for finished item of work as per SS 912 for external walls for:-External Colouring - Plastic emulsion paint - 3 Coats.

Painting to EXISTING walls with 2 coats of acrylic emulsion paint exterior grade with silicon additives having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 30 grams/ litre of approved brand and shade over a base coat of approved water based 2 coats in all to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc. complete and cost of overheads & contractors profit for finished item of work as per SS 912 for external walls for:-External Colouring - Plastic emulsion paint - 2 Coats.

Septik Tank :- Earth work excavation for (Sumps, Tanks and Open Excavation) and depositing on bank for all lifts and with an initial lead of 10m including all operational, incidental, labour charges such as shoring ,sheeting, planking, strutting, etc. and overheads and contractor profit complete for finished item of work excluding dewatering charges as per SS 20B (APSS 308) in Ordinary Soil-Manual Means.

Providing impervious coat to exposed RCC roof slab surfaces to required slopes with CM (1:3) prop. using screened sand 20mm thick (average) mixed with water proofing compound manufactured by reputed manufacturers as approved by Engineer-in-charge at 1 Kg per one bag of cement, laid over roof slab when it is green, finished smooth with a floating coat of neat cement and thread lining at regular intervals of 45cmx45cm including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, river sand , water proofing compound, water etc., to site, all operational, incidental, and labour charges for mixing mortar, laying, lift charges, rendering smooth and thread lining, curing, rounding off junctions of wall and slab etc., and overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work.
