15 mm cement plaster in single coat on the rough side of brick /concrete/stone walls for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises, internal rounded angles chamfers and or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girth and finished even and smooth. in Cement Mortar 1:4 ( Icement: 4 Sand) including chiesling and removal of wornout plaster.

Providing/Laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement 2 sand:4 graded stone aggregate20mm nominal size ) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation &plinth.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4. Laid in one layer finished with a floating coat of neat cement. 40mm thick flooring:-

R/R masonry /polygonal ruble masonry ( un coursed / brought to coursed )with hard stone of approved quality in foundation and plinth including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12( 1 cement: 6 sand: 12 graded stone aggregate of 20mm nominal size ) at plinth level in cement mortar 1:6

Repair/Providing water supply and sanitary fittings including testing and allied acessaries i.e W C pan Europin type, PVC Cistern, wash basin ,G.I. Pipe , PVC pipe 110 mm Dia ,PVC Pvc pipe 75 mm dia, collars, socket. Bends, P trape, floor traps, stainless steel Sink, C.P bib tap, stop cock,Pillar cock, soap dish,PVC connections, CP waste, waste pipe, Looking Mirror,etc. complete in all respect including chiesling /demoltion and removal of unserviceable material.
