REPAIR/REPLACEMENT TO GALVALUME ROOF SHEETING, VALLEY GUTTER, RAIN WATER PIPE, TRANSLUCENT SHEET AND ALLIED WORKS UNDER AGE B/R-II AT AFS CHAKERI KANPUR

Demolition of concrete incl top finish of any type by using hand held electric drills, cutting machine, chisels etc (direct use of hammers on RCC roof for demolition is strcitly prohibited) of roof treatment including padding concrete of any description including mud in roof any thickness with and including roughening old concrete surfaces by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for cement concrete type B0 (1:2:4 ) using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in padding, coping, roof kerb incl hunching, benching etc with non shrink chemical and curing with curing compound of make: SIKA/Pidilite/Fosroc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick in CM(1:3) rendering on fair faces concrete surfaces/roof top mixed with water proofing compound finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note :WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for Preparation of plastered roof surface by cleaning surface free from dust and other foreign materials etc. and laying in repair Atatic poly propylene polymer modified membrane pre fabricated 3mm thick with non woven polyester matt central core of 160 gms/Sqm weighing not less than 3.5kg per sqm laid over primer conforming to IS 3384 @ 0.4 lit/sqm by using LPG/Butane torch and applying uniform pressure with a roller with overlap of 100mm in longitudinal direction and 150mm in transverse direction laid as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge with and including following courses of descriptions given below :- (a) A coat of bonding material using blown grade bitumen 85/25 confirming to IS-702 @ 1.20 Kg per Sqm. (b) Laying of APP modified membrane described hereinbefore with joints sealed with cement mortar (1:3) mixed with SBR latex @ 200ml per bag of cement and curved well before lying the membrane.

M & L Painting with superior quality aluminium paint of approved make and brand over the top surface of APP membrane in two coats complete all as specified and directed. Make: ICI, Asian paints, Berger, Nerolac or approved.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Disconnecting existing tanks, exc 250 & n. exc. 500 ltrs capacity, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisted if required reconnecting and refixing in position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Disconnecting existing tanks, exc 500 & n. exc. 1000 ltrs capacity, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisted if required reconnecting and refixing in position complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down steel water tubing of 15 mm dia bore incl connection & removal to store.
