No. 23 SSRB.

Supplying and filling in basement with Stone dust including cost and conveyance of Stone Dust to work site from approved sources and including labor charges for all lead, Dust lift, filling, laying, leveling, watering and compacting including all labor charges etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40 mm ISS HBG Jelly including cost & conveyance of all material to site and all labors etc complete.

Brick work in Cement Motor 1:5 using country bricks of size 8 3/4x 41/4x 21/4 including cost and conveyance of all materials to site from approved sources including cost of cement which will be supplied by the contractor own cost of stipulated under special condition, including the conveyance of cement from the departmental saction stores to work site and bandling charges for the same at both ends including labour charges for mixing cement mortor including safolding charges extra labour for working in heights and watering and curing with all leads for good soft potable water and including all other incidental charges etc.complete complying with standard specifications.

Supply and fabrication of steel including cost and conveyance of steel and labour charges for cutting, bending, grilling, tying and fixing in position as per standard specification.

Centering for sides and soffiots including necessary supports and strutting as directed by the departmetal officers. Rate for 10m2 for the following items (RCC floor slab, Rectangular/ Square, Tee/ Ell beams. Lintels. Plain Surface

Coloumn Centering

Reinforcement CC 1:1.5:3 using 20mm ISS HBG metal for all RCC item of works excluding cost of reinforcement and favricative charges, centering and shuttering but including curing and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor or roofs Below Basement

Ground floor : Cloumn Basement to Roof

Plastering with C.M 1:5 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., complete.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 Mix (one part cement, two part sand and four part of aggrigate) using 20mm size ISS HBG metal machine crushed from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc., complete as per TNDSS NO: 28 & VI (S2) VI (S5A) VII standard specifications as directed by Engineer incharge.

Supplying and fixing of Roof truss of approved design for Purlins, rafter and Columns using necessary mild steel Channel and angles for inner and outer memebers which should be fixed to Roof frames inclusive of priming coat of best approved quality red oxide primer etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Supplying and fixing Pre painted Galvalium Sheet 0.47mm thick using necessary trusses, purlins and ''U" or "J" bolts, nuts, screws, nails and bitumen washers including cost of labour and materials etc., complete complyingg with standard specification as directed by the departmental officers.

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sq.mm. (22 / 0.3 ) PVC insulated single core unsheathed copper conductor cable of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories and with TW switch box and 5A FT switch with painting of suitable colour with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire for open PVC light point / fan point (for electronic regulator) SD16

Wiring with 2 x 4 sq.mm. (56 / 0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed copper conductor cable of 1100V grade in suitable heavy gauge MS conduit pipe on wall and ceiling with MS accessories with 150mm x 100mm x 75mm MS switch box in flush with wall with 3mm thick hylum sheet for 15A 3pin non interlocking flush type CS plug with painting suitable colour with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire for open power plug point SD14

Exterior Emulsion paint Two coats with good quality of approved Emulsion paint including cost of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing applying and proper curring etc., Complete as per Standard Specifications

Painting Two Coats on new Iron works with best synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and quality

Collection supply and filling of well gravel filling approved quarry including cost and Conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for filling etc., Complete
