M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and providing and applying putty of 1 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth and finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two ormore coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) complete all as specified as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment from internal surfaces of wall/ceilling by mechanical sander of berger paints or equivalent makes viz xpress sanding machine having suction vaccum bag or by manual scrapping tools where mechanical removal is not possible and applying a coat of primer over already prepared surfaces of walls and applying uniform thickness (avg 2mm thick ) wall care putty on internal surfaces of wall/ceilling including preparaing the surface even and smooth by sander etc and providing two coats of distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer's specification and using roller brush , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L two coat of synthetic enamel paint (finishing coat) over one coat of primer to new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth incl prepration of surfaces complete all as specified.

S & F in repair 100 /110 mm dia PVC floor trap , with SS grating including jointing to waste pipe fixed in cement concrete type B1 (1:2:4)

NOTE (a) The work mentioned in above items shall be carried out including in multi storied buildings (G+8) which may require scaffolding or Jhulla arrangements or any other T&P items are included in the quoted rates by the contractor. (b) Laying CPVC/GI/PVC drain pipes to be carried out from top of roof slap up to bottom of bldg floor wise through shaft area and as per site requirement and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (c) All debris obtained from demolition item shall be removed from the site at daily basis and remove the debris out of the MoD land. (d). Cleaning/washing and dusting of floor/wall/door/window/fittings and fixture to be carried out by contractor before handover the Qtrs
