M & L for earthing with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6.3mm buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the plate vertically to depth of not less than 1.5 Mtr below ground level connected to and including GI strip 25 x 4mm and GI pipe 40mm bore dia light grade for protection to the extent of 7.5 Mtr as earthing lead by means of GI bolts and nuts etc connecting to equipment with provn of charcoal and salt etc all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I including RCC cover and MS angle iron frame watering arrangement with GI pipe 20mm bore dia and MS funnel,concrete pit including excavation and earth work in any type of soil and testing on completion etc complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : GI earth wire and 40mm bore dia GI protection pipe light grade upto 7.5 Mtr from earth plate is deemed to be included in quoted rate.)

Cutting existing 20mm bore dia steel tubing for alterations and addition for tapping or making new connections etc complete all as directed.

Taking up or down GI tubing 25mm bore dia all as directed. Note :- Excavation & earthwork will be measured & paid separatly under relevant items.

Supply and lay 25mm bore dia galvanised iron tubing medium grade with including all fittingssuch as bends, elbows, tees, short pieces, union etc laid in trenches complete all as specified and all as directed

Suuply and fix 25mm bore dia Gum metal, globe or gate valves with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and dirfected.

Taking down of existing ceiling fan of any size and sweep, sealing cable end dismantling blades and removing fan and blades and deposited to MES store yard of AGE E/M complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Necessary RV be obtained after deposit of ceiling fan to MES Store yard.

Supply and fixing ceiling fans five star rated complete with blades, down rods, electronic regulator and accessories, 230V, 1200mm sweep. Min air delivery 210 CFM with brushless direct current motor (BLDC) complete including cconnection with ceiling rose to fan with three core wire of suitable size complete all as directed.
