Supply of C.I. Isolating Transformer housing box, water tight round type, metal container of outside size 330mm height 450mm made of 10mm thick cast iron moulding suitable to receive a light fitting base plate on the top and underground housing associated with transformer power cable and having a clear hole at 75 mm above bottom surface suitable to receive two nos. of 40mm dia HDPE pipe (As per the site requirement) and also 01 no. of hole for 32 mm dia HDPE pipe at a approx. depth of 100 mm from the top including check nuts as required and another hole at 175mm from the bottom of the CI Box to receive one no. 15mm dia "B" class GI pipe and check nut as required.The box should have two SS earth bolts of M10 x 30mm tapped inside near the hole (4" away from the hole centre) and having a drain hole at the bottom suitably tapped to receive 15mm dia "B" class GI pipe and having clear opening of 220 mm at the top surface and 6 nos. M10 tapped hole at the hole centre 260 mm to receive fitting base plate and bolts complete as required.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of LED Guidance Sign Board of various sizes as per ICAO Annex.14 Vol.I (legends as approved by Engineer-in-Charge) made out of anodized 2mm thick Aluminum frame with suitable angle support with 1.5MM thick (minimum) Al. back cover, 4 MM thick polycarbonate sheet with glare free face, the letter & symbol should be screen printed on inside of sign face made of self adhesive film of 3M applied on the inside face with required coloring, suitable arrangement shall be made for water tightness & locking arrangement, signboard shall be uniformly internally illuminated with LED lights with 24 V DC converter to achieve illumination level operated on input source 2.5A to 6.6A constant current without flickering including supporting frangible legs & frame etc. complete as required and as specified.

Laying of HDPE pipe (Size from 32mm to 40mm) by cutting bituminous/concrete surface upto required depth as per site, connecting both/one end to existing transformer housing box, with all accessories, like socket, bend, coupler etc as required i/c refilling and making good the damages by proper sealent materials etc. as required as per specification.

Laying of HDPE Pipe (Size from 32mm to 40mm) in the existing masonry open duct as required.

Laying of one no. PVC insulated & PVC sheathed AFL cable of 5 KV grade size upto 25 sqmm in the existing RCC/ METAL/HDPE/Open Trench pipe as required.

Constructing brick masonry manhole in cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand) with R.C.C. top slab with 1:2:4 mix (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), foundation concrete 1:4:8 mix (1 cement : 4coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size), inside plastering 12 mm thick with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished with floating coat of neat cement and making channels in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design: Inside size 120x90 cm and 90 cm deep including C.I. cover with frame (heavy duty) 560 mm internal diameter, total weight of cover and frame to be not less than 208 kg (weight of cover 108 kg and weight of frame 100 kg)

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required. (Upto 35 sq. mm)

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required Above 35 sq. mm and upto 95 sq. mm

Installation of Transformer housing boxes by excavation of earth upto depth of 525 mm with a base concrete of 1:3:6 of size 630x630x100 mm thick, all round concrete of 1:2:4, 150mm thick,the top sloped with 1:2:4 cement concrete including providing and fixing 250 mm long 15mm dia "B" class GI pipe with check nut for drainage of water complete as required as per the technical specification. (wherever the transformers boxes are to be installed in a line, the same has to be aligned in such a way that the centre fall in a straight line) etc. complete as required.
