Supplying and erecting steel centering including necessary supports for plane surfaces for Reinforced Cement Concrete works such as column footings, column pedestals, plinth beams, grade beams, staircase steps, etc. which require only nominal strutting using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding, laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at about 75cm centre to centre or at suitable intervals etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT officers.

Motorised Rolling Shutter - Model: RS 78GS . Curtain made of single skinned galvalume steel laths with Natural finish . Pressed galvalume steel hood & motor cover with natural finsh . CE Certified CRS Compact Gear P.R.C Make Indirect Drive Operator. Three station push button with deadman control. etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT officers.

Providing and fixing of 25 mm thick Flush shutter, with 6 mm ply finished with 1 mm thk laminate on both sides of the shutter and finishing with 3 horizontal grooves of 6 mm x 6 mm and beech wood door frames of size 90mm x 50mm. using hinges, locks and door closure. Cost is inclusive of providing beech wood door frame duco painted / polished to desired color etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT officers.

UPVC Ventilator : Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Louvered Ventilators of from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile size of 60 x 78mm both profiles are reinforced with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profile are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with all over the edges of frame and shutter. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiations pin headed glass 4mm thick should be provided in the louvers. The window should be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screws and silicon packing all round the frames etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT officers. The ventilator should be got approved from SIPCOT officers before use on work

PLASTERING

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and M.sand), 12mm thick in all floors including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Engineer-incharge.

For Superstructure Ground floor

Prepare surfaces and plaster with CM 1:5 (1 cement: 5 fine sand) 17mm thick(12mm+5mm) to all exterior faces of walls including hacking as required on RCC surfaces continuous to masonry in super structure and 12mm will be rough plastering includes water proofing chemical compound and 5mm will be sand paper finishing & double layer chicken mesh .The rates including curing, providing and removal of scaffolding, cost of materials, labour, equipments and machinery, all leads and lifts, loading and unloading, transportation and all other incidential charges etc, etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT officers.

PAINTING

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT officers.

Providing Anti-termite treatment to soil adjecent and under building foundation, plinth periphery of the building by application of chemicals of IS 63613 part I to IV in stages to suit the progress of work consist as per the detailed specification as below. Including breaking of termite mounds, making holes with crow bar, closing the holes after the treatment and including cost of chemicals, labour charges, transport and storing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT officers.

FLOORING

Supply and laying 150mm thick Vacuum De-watered of M25 grade concrete with minimum cement content of 360kg/cum, surface vibrated and finished with machine for flooring over prepared sub-base in strips of width up to 3.5 M in line and level maintaining required slope , compacting with needle / surface vibrator, leveling with surface vibrator, Vacuum De-watering with vacuum pump, floating and further compaction with skin floater equipped with floating disc, providing and spreading Rockite or equivalent floor hardener of non metallic @ 3.5 Kg/Sq.M, curing, formation of joints @ 6 M c/c (maximum) by cutting up to 6mm width and 25mm depth of concrete slab with mechanized saw and filling the same with semi-rigid epoxy based Rockite or equivalent sealant including preparation of base, curing finishing etc. with necessary steel reinforcement, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT officers.

Designing the Semi Unitised Structural Glazing System with open groove joint as per design intent, preparation of shop drawings for approval, supply, fabricate, erect as per approved shop drawings at all floor levels and all floor heights including conducting field test as per the test criteria set out in the particular specification (Metholodgy should be got approved by the Dept. Officials.) Design the framing system (i.e. male & Female frame) to support vision panels, spandrel panels either with glass or aluminium composite panel, openable, window panels on a continuous framing supported between floors. Also design the split framing unutilized glazing system in case of strip or punched windows with vision panel proposed with either insulated / Monolithic glass, groove width in the system both in horizontal and vertical shall not be more than 20mm. WATERING PROOFING

Surface Treatment: Providing and laying water proofing treatment of podium including cleaning the surface with wire brush, treating all surface cracks, construction joints and honeycombs by grouting with specialised non shrink grout and preparation of surface in all aspects to receive the waterproofing as per standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT officers.

Bore Packing / Core Cut Treatment: Providing and sealing the gaps in the core cuts around PVC pipes treated with ReArm Bond SBR 45 bonding agent & sprinkled sand; using a non shrink grout ArmGrout M 50 or equivalent of followed by sealing of the same joint by using Joint Tape SealArm Joint Tape 2000 or equivalent with Epoxy adhesive as per standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT officers.

Coving: Providing and Applying at the junction of slab and vertical offsets with Cement Mortar 1:4 and admixed with ReArm Bond SBR 45 at dosage of 1Ltr per 50kg cement as per standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT officers.

Application of Primer: Apply Water based Epoxy based primer FloArm Primer EPW 44 of MYK Arment or equivalent over well prepared surface at 200-400 gm per Sq.Mtr. etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT officers.

Application of Polyurethane waterproof coating: Providing and applying Two coats of liquid applied single component polyurethane based waterproofing system AquaArm WPU-1KE of MYK Arment or equivalent . It has to be applied 2.6 @kg/sqmtr to achieve a thickness of 1.2 mm in two coats.The membrane will have the following technical parameters: Tensile Strength : 1.4 N/mm2 ,. Elongation at break : 450% , Adhesion To concrete: >1.5 N/mm2 etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT officers.

Providing and laying 150 Gsm Geo fabric membrane as separation layer as per standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT officers.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 200Amps CT meter with necessary fuse cutout and bus bar chamber withindication lamps as per the TNEB standards and as directed by SIPCOT officers.

Excavation and backfilling of cable trench for HT Cable comprising of : - a) Excavation of cable trench of 1200mm D x 600mm W, b) Providing sand for 250 mm depth, c) Concrete truffs, d) Bricks and Back filling etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT officers.

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of earth plate of size 600 x 600 x 3mm copper plate earth electrode at a depth 3000 mm in an earth pit of 450 x 450 x 350mm filled with salt and charcoal mixed with sand in alternate layers of 150mm each up to a height of 3000mm from bottom.
