Providing and laying position, standardised concrete mix M-20 grade in accordance with IS :456-2000,using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of work with minimum cement content of 3250 kg/cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55, including admiture (plasticiser/super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 toaccelerate, restart setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability with about (5cum) 7730 kg of 20mm HBGS and with about (3.3 cum) 5156kg of 10-12mm HBGs and with about (4.79 cum) 7670 kg of M.sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering, and shuttering and also including laying vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing,curing, etc.,complete.

Steel centering for soffits of RCC slabs of plain surface like lintels, beams, etc., including strutting 3m height using MS sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and PG 10 stiffened with MS angles of size 25x25x3mm laid over silver oak (C.W) joits of size 10x6.5cm (spaced at about 90cm c/c) and supports 75cm c/c complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental Officers. i) Upto Grade Beam

Supplying and fixing Mild Steel Angles for Fencing including cost & conveyance of all materials and fixing in position including priming coat etc., complete and as directed by the departmental Officers.

Supplying and fixing of 10 gauge 2 ply and pronged Barbed wire tieing with Galvanised binding wire including cost & conveyance of all materials and labour etc., complete and as directed by the departmental Officers.

Supplying and fixing of gate with 40x40x6mm L angle and with weldmesh to gauge in between angles with lock arrangements of onddies in channel including primer coat etc., complete and as directed by the departmental Officers.

White washing two coats with best shell lime including cost & conveyance of all materials and labour etc., complete and as directed by the departmental Officers.

Painting new iron works such as gate, steel doors, windows, ventilators with 2coats of approved quality and colour of synthetic Enamel paint over the Existing red oxide primer in all floors etc., complete and as directed by the departmental Officers.
