Clean removal of cement plaster from walls and racking out joints 20mm deep.

Supplying and erecting steel centering including necessary supports for plane surfaces for Reinforced Cement Concrete works such as column footings, column pedestals, plinth beams, grade beams, staircase steps, etc. which require only nominal strutting using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding, laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at about 75cm centre to centre or at suitable intervals etc. complete in all floors complying with standard specifcation. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid)

Cement Concrete 1:1-1/2:3 (One Cement, One and a half M.sand and Three hard broken stone jelly) using 20 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls, beams etc. shall be finished smooth with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three P.Sand) and kraft paper laid over it without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two M.sand and four hard broken stone jelly) using 20mm jelly for wearing coat including laying, compacting, finishing and curing, etc., complete as per standard specificatins and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel grills for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and G.I. binding wire in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification. (Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel and binding wire)

Supplying and fixing of 100 x 50 x 6 mm MS Channel on the face of the rate guarding edge fixed with 16mm dia 45cm long bolt and nuts at every 2metre centre to from protection for the rate quard edge, including Two coats of synthtic enamel paint over one coat of Red oxide primer.(LMR)

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One of cement and five of P.sand), 20mm thick in all floors including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying assembling and Errection of Cantilever Trusses with Purlin for Rain Shelter arrangements for opening Rolling Shutters in Godown. There Cantilever Trusses making with Mild Steel Hollow Tube Section of Size 60x60x3.20mm for bottom and Rafter members and cross members tie up with 40x40x3.00mm size of MS Square tube sections also the Two trusses tie up with 4 Nos of Purlins to a Length of 5.10m and size of 60x40x3.00mm Rectangular Section, the Purlins to be fixed with required MS Cleat Angle, the roof shelter to be covered with colour Galvalume sheet of 0.47mm thick with required curved at the end of sheet and the rate inclusive of Cost of Materials like MS square tubes and colour Galvalume Roofing Sheet and required bolt and Nutts also including necessary masonry work to errected the cantilever trusses the trusses and Purlins to be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of Red Oxide Primer etc. Complete Complying with Standard Specification. ( The trusses and Roofing sheets should be got approved from the depatmental Engineers before use on Work.) The old materials such as Angles, Purlins, old AC sheet, etc, should be taken over by the contractor on buy back policy.

Repair in the Manual Rolling shutter of size 1.80m x 2.44m and replacing the Existing ware out spare like M.S tension spring,small lathe,empty pully and double ball bearing, locking agreements and also servicing the gear box and shutter for smoothening function and pull operation etc including cost of replacing materials and labour charges etc complete complying with standard specifications

Repair and Servicing the Existing warnout wooden Windows etc including cost of replacing materials and labour charges etc complete complying with standard specifications

Repair and Servicing the Existing wornout top wooden Ventilator etc.., including cost of replacing materials and labour charges etc.., including cost of weld mesh complete complying with standard specifications.

Painting two coats of plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Painting Old iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint, complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Engineer incharge before use on works.) Two coat for old iron work including removing of old paint by sand paper etc,. complete.

Painting old wood work with one coat of best synthetic enamel paint of approved quality, colour including ordinary scrapping and preparation of surfaces (the colour and quality should be got approved by the Engineer incharge before use on works) the rate includes cost of brushes, scaffolding charges, finishing neatly etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officer.
