Cleaning of blockage of sewer lines 100/150/200 mm bore, manholes in any type of sewer line( i.e. branch sewer line, main sewer line) and by attending the complaints for day to day maintenance in all days in a month except Sundays, Gazetted Holidays and National Holidays, by way of cleaning desludging foreign materials as well as rodding of sewer line between manholes manually /mechnically or pumping out sewage from blocked manhole including desludging where required and ordered by EIC and keeping sewer line functional upto final drop/outlet into septaic tank, soakwell/sump complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces , in cement and sand mortar 1:4 using water proofing compound @ 200 ml per bag of cement or as per manufacturer's instructions (WPC measured and paid separately) complete all as specified top surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces , in cement and sand mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound ( liquid ) conforming to IS : 2645-2005 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete ( unreinforced ) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thick above or below ground level, including removing of demolished material from work site at any distance outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Mild steel deformed or twisted bars ( TMT) 8 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, hooking ends and binding with including mild steel wire(annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia. or higher complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc. 1.5m wide and n.exc. 1.5m. deep and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well raming in layers, not exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Attending day to day complaints related to joinery work such as repairs to cupboard, kitchen shelves, pelmet box, easing of doors and windows, kitchen knobs, tighting of wire mess, glass, easing of door tightening door /window easing of door shutter etc including taking down of existing material as ordered/required on all working day to attend the complaint cell by rep of contractor at 0900 AM and report to complaint cell at every evening at 0500 PM on daily basis after satisfactory completion,complete all as specified and directed. Material such as nails,screws, washers, putty/beading for glass / wiremesh, nut & bolts etc as per site requirement shall be included in the the quotedrate. Note:- (i) The above task shall be carried out by deploying Minimum 01 No Carpenter & 01 No Helper on daily basis. (ii) The complaint against docket shall be taken from MES Complaint cell at every morning at 0900 AM by rep of contractor on daily basis. (iii) Every docket will submit at complaint cell of daily basis on same day at 0500 PM or early morning on next day after satisfacotry complition. (iv) Necessary T&P, equipment and safety gear shall be provided by the contractors. (v) Rs. 130.00/complaint shall be recovered against non attending of every complaints. (vi) Material will be measured and paid separatly under respective items as supply only. However quoted rate for fixing of the same shall be deemed to be included in this item.

Material such as threads, washers, lead, solvent cement to join PVC pipes etc shall be included in the quoted rate. Note :- (i) The above task shall be carried out by deploying Minimum 01 No Plumber & 01 No Helper on daily basis. (ii) The complaint against docket shall be taken from MES Complaint cell at every morning at 0900 AM by rep of contractor on daily basis. (ii) The complaint against docket shall be taken from MES Complaint cell at every morning at 0900 AM by rep of contractor on daily basis. (iii) Contractor or his auth rep shall sign the attendance register and demand register daily. (iv) Rs. 1000.00 / day shall be recovered for non-deployment of labour as per attendance register.

Cleaning / Sweeping of Surrounding area and Up Keeping of Garden (up to 2 Acre) including watering of plants in Residential Complex along with all materials required for cleaning / sweeping / up keeping of garden / watering complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i) The above task shall be carried out by deploying Minimum 02 No Beldars on daily basis. (ii) Necessary T&P, equipment and safety gear shall be provided by the contractors. (iii) Contractor or his auth rep shall sign the attendance register and demand register daily. (iv) Rs. 1500.00 / day shall be recovered for non deployment of labour as per attendance register.
