SCHEDULE 'A' PART - I Design and Construction of Married accommodation building in 3 storey (Ground+2 storey) in framed construction with permanent specifications in RCC of grade as per structural drawings, AAC block masonry walls, ATT, PU based WPT, earthquake resistance as per latest IS, Green building norms with minimum 3 star GRIHA rating etc complete all as specified and as shown on drawings.

Design and Construction of Car and Scooter Parking shed in RCC framed construction with permanent specifications in RCC of grade as per structural drawings, AAC block masonry walls, PU based WPT, earthquake resistance as per latest IS, Green building norms with minimum 3 star GRIHA rating etc complete all as specified and as shown on drawings.

Sch 'A' Part - XIII : Fittings / Fixtures & Misc items. INTERNAL WATER SUPPLY Supply and fix 15mm bore kitchen sink tap, brass chromium plated dual flow pattern with silicon black flexible hose swivel type complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 3 in 1 chromium plated wall diverter for mixing hot and cold water (for shower) screwed down for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

INTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY Supply and fix Modular TV Socket, one module all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

Supply and fix Modular Telephone socket, RJ-11, one module all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

Material and labour for Telephone Wiring with unarmoured Solid annealed bare copper industrial cable in concealed of size 0.5 mm, 3 pair with PVC Conduit 25 mm dia all as specified and directed by engineer in charge

Material and labour for TV Wiring with unarmoured coaxial cable, RG-11 in concealed with PVC Conduit 25 mm dia all as specified and directed by engineer in charge .

Material and labour for Mild steel Box for Telephone wiring including blocks, Suitable for 30 Pair all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel pipe electrode of size 40 mm bore, medium grade, 2.5 meter length, burried directly in ground in bore 350 mm dia vertically to a depth not less 3.2 meter below ground level with top edge of the pipe not less than 60 cm below normal ground level connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means with bolts, nuts check nuts and washers protected by Gl light grade pipe of size 15 mm dia and connecting up with the DB as the case may be upto a maximum distance of 7.5m away from the earth electrode including test point junction, excavation, earthwork, PCC Chamber, RCC Cover(Yellow painted) with handle, watering pipe 20mm dia GI Medium grade with funnel and wire mesh, Charcoal dust , salt, Mild steel Earth marker with earthing result, date all as per plate no.2 of SSR 1991 and as directed by Engineer in charge. Note:-Boring charges are included in the above quoted rates

SMART METER SYSTEM Design, supply, installation, integration, testing and commissioning of smart meter with prepaid metering facility, AC single phase, two wire, 240 volts, 50 Hz , 10 to 60 Amps all as per BIS 16444:2015 (Reaffirmed 2020) with plug in type bi- directional communication module (The plug in module shall be field swappable /replaceable), including necessary communication infrastructure suitable for integration with approved communication technology GPRS/RF/Hybrid (GPRS+RF) /any other advance technology as per CEA /TRAI regulations etc.easily adaptable for network interface and integration with advance Metering infrastructure (AMI) of the project area complete in all respect all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

TV & TELE Supply and fix PVC Conduit 25 mm dia concealed in wall all as specified and directed by engineer in charge .

Material and labour for TV wiring with RG-6 solid copper coaxial audio and video cable for TV antenna, Satellite, DVR devices, safe for using in door and out door and drawn through PVC conduit upto required length, all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

Material and labour for Telephone wiring with 0.4mm PVC telephone switchboard cable for Telephone , safe for using in door and out door and drawn through PVC conduit upto required length, all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

Supply and fix Telephone distribution box ,junction box with krone module for Multiple connection, all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- charge.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY Material and labour for Drilling and Tapping GI/CI water mains (in position) for branch connection of 150/100mm including all fittings such as bend, elbows, tees, reducers and unions etc all as directed by engineer in charge.

Supply and fix Brass-metal, 100 mm dia globe gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe all as specified and directed by engineer in charge

Material and labour for Construction of brick masonary valve chamber of size 900mm x 900mm x 600mm internal size including necessary earth work excavation, PCC 1:4:8 type D2 for foundation, brick work in cement mortar 1:4, PCC 1:2:4 type B1 for coping, 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 including provision of mild steel cover 3mm thick on 40 x 40 x6 mm angle iron frame work with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer and locking arrangements complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Construction of brick masonary valve chamber of size 600x600x600mm internal size including necessary earth work excavation, PCC 1:4:8 type D2 for foundation, brick work in cement mortar 1:4, PCC 1:2:4 type B1 for coping, 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 including provision of mild steel cover 3mm thick on 40 x 40 x6mm angle iron frame work with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer and locking arrangements complete all as specified and as directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY Material and labour for cutting road / hard standing to depth not exceeding 60 CM and to width not exceeding 45 CM for laying HDPE Pipes and making good the disturbed surfaces by 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of CPRI approved LT panel outdoor type of size 1.5x1.2x0.60 Mtr suitable size recommended by manufacturer cubical floor mounted type (IP-65 degree of protection ) made out of 3 mm thick MS sheet duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint powder coated, bus bar 200 amps rating made of aluminium strip (40x5mm) duly drilled holes for connections and mounted on epoxy based post insulators for 3 phase 4 wire 415 volts 50 HZ AC supply ,hibling , cable entry boxes , cable gland incl 50x50x6 mm frame (bottom portion of the panel) , grouted by using foundation 1:2:4 type C1 with 20 mm graded stone aggregates totally tested as per IEC 61439-I with the following accessories.

Supply and fix SMC loop in loop out PVC water proof junction box of internal size 200 x 140 x 95 mm including MCB 6 Amps,B Class ,connector necessary MS Clamps, nuts & Bolts with washers etc required at site all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PVC insulated, PVC round sheathed multicore industrial cable of size 3 Core,1.5 Sqmm for voltage grade upto 1100 V, as per IS 694 all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

Returning and filling in two parts (i) using riddled soil obtain from excavated soil upto depth of 30 cm (8 cm below cable and remaining above cable) for cushioning of cable and (ii) refilling the trench of remaining depth with normal excavated soil all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavated soil shall be riddled by using sieve to separate composite particles etc as per IS 1255 1983 and refilling in trenches as in cable cushioning.

Supply and fix GI bracket made out of light grade pipe of size 40 mm dia 1.2 mtr long bent to shape including MS clamp of suitable size nut bolt washer for fixed along the wall/PCC pole with MS Clamp etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix MCCB 3 Pole, 415 V, Adjustable type, 125 Amps with breaking capacity 25 kA, at existing LT panel and making good connection with nut bolts and washers and wire connections etc. to be fixed in the existing TR panel complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 cm thick buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level with top level of earth plate at depth not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level surrounded form all sides by 15 cm thick and packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers and electrode connection by using 25x4mm GI strip by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron upto test point and protected by GI pipe light grade 40 mm bore up to 7.5 Mtr connected to a main switch board or main control board and GI pipe light grade 20 mm bore for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, 80 mm thick pre-cast RCC 1:2:4, type B-1 cover reinforced with hard drawn steel wire fabric weighing not less than 4 Kg/Sqm in lieu of CI cover, PCC 1:3:6 type C2 pit / chamber including all necessary excavation and earth work, disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m all as specified and as shown in Electrical Plate No3 of MES Schedule Part – I of 2009.
