The profile sheets shall be fixed to truss members in slope or required pitch or curveture with hex cap headed self drilling/tapping stainless steel screws M6, 50mm long with 3mm EPDM seal washer etc. all inclusive of labour, scaffolding, T&P and sundries etc. complete as per directions of the Engineer-In-Charge. Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. Tubes, MS tube challies, MS clamps and MS staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building atc whwreever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of engineer-in-charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.

Providing and laying 150mm thk, neat, clean, dust and stain free in true line & level M25 grade plain/reinforced cement concrete VD floors to be laid in maximum panel size of 4 mtr. x 10 mtr. And vibrating the same with screed vibrator so as to get cement slurry on top. The top surface shall be smooth finished without adding extra cement slurry (self finish) by mechanical trowel. Vacuum dewatering to be carried out. (Only TREMIX / AQUIRIOUS system to be used). The panels shall be poured in the diagonally opposite manner. The rate shall include providing and laying panel shuttering of channels or angles, curing by flooding the water for at least 7 days, cleaning of surface to make it dust free before laying the concrete, uniform shade finished surface. The rate shall include filling of construction joints with MM-80 Semi-Rigid epoxy joint filler or MYK make filler. The rate shall also include opening of construction joints up to 30mm depth of floor and 4 mm wide and panel size will be 4x5 mtr with the help of power blade. Note:- (Minimum cement content for this item 330 Kg/cum and excess / less cement used as per design mix report.)
