Cleaning of sewage lines of 100mm dia. by roding from manhole to manhole removing the materials obtained from sewage line including cleaning of manholes and flushing with clean water complete all as directed.

Cleaning of Septic tanks of 150 uesrs capacity by dewatering all the water, taking out the sludge/night soil, in order to remove all stacked mud/sludge etc., cleaning the chocked inlets, outlets of septic tanks, removing all the sludge outside MD land, complete all as directed.

Removing of blockage from 'S' trap/'P' trap/ Nahani trap/floor trap by flushing or by sucking by suction pumps at GF/Ist/IInd/ IIIrd floor including cleaning the line up to 1st manhole complete all as directed.

Clearing the urinal blockage of any length and dia by roding and removing the materials (sludge) to a distance not exceeding 500m all as directed.

Clearing of WC blockages up to 1st manhole of any length and dia by roding and removing the materials (sludge) to a distance not exceeding 500m complete all as directed.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains of internal dia of pipe 100mm, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round and 3/4 section) in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) smooth finished and reforming benching as required complete all as directed.

Material and labour for rubber moulded coloured chequered cement concrete tiles 30mm thick,of any shape and size not less than 0.09 sqm in each tile, set and jointed , pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigment over and including 15mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:6) including dismantiling of existing tiles all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC (1:2:4) type B2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate), 100mm thick, as in hard standing finished even and smooth without using extra cement including demolishing old concrete complete all as directed.

M&L 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection including making 10mm thick joints filled with bituminous & sand mixture (1:7) not exec 3.00 mt intervals, corners and finished even and smooth without using extra cement including demolishing old concrete complete all as directed.

Cleaning of Rain Water pipes and removing the materials (sludge) to a distance n exc 50m, complete all as directed.

Complete removal of trees/plants growth on bldg's roofs, chajjas, at junctions of pipe line fixed on walls and walls coming on bldgs up to the roots and removing the material (Branches and plants ) to a distance n exc 50Mtr complete all as directed. Note : Work to be carried out up 15mtr height of the bldg.

Cleaning of non accesible Roof/ roof sheeting , sorrounding area mud, tree leaves etc including water outgoing holes at any height of bldg, removing the materials (sludge) to a distance n exc 50m, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 Cm in width or grith,and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of Red oxide primer complete all as directed.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance exc 250 m & n.exc 500 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50m above the starting point complete all as directed.

M&L for 450mm dia reinfoced pipesclass NP 3 Pipes laid and jointed in complete with collars all as specified and directed by Engr -in- Charge

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone or cement concrete walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete and M & L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces, finished even and fair and smooth without using extra cement complete all as directed.

M&L for Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of cement wash with white cement complete all as specified

S&F Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain• ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured)

S&F in repair concertina coil 600mm dia (in stretched position) hot dip galvanized steel wire coated with CLR anti corrosive paint, making diamond shape with the help of dovetail clips (18 SWG) fixed over and including razaor wire, medium barb, hot dip galvanized steel wire razor wire with angle iron. The concertina coil to be fixed with razor wire at points wherever coil touches bottom of razor wire with the help of hog rings (14 SWG) including all fittings like fasteener clips,steel lug rings etc complete all as specified and directed. Note- (i) Stretch length of each coil shall be 6 mtr complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m and making good surface, work in hard/dense soil complete all as specified

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 Type C2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F steel Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walkways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Note :- Credit shown in credit schedule of tender document shall be considered by the tenderer while quoting the rates of various items of this schedule. The same shall be recovered from various payment to contractor before handing over old material.
