The bidders whose EMD has been forfeited and or whose Contract has been foreclosed or terminated during the last three years are not eligible to bid and the Bidder shall give notarized declaration as per the prescribed proforma that EMD has not been forfeited & none of his Contracts have been terminated or foreclosed on account of their default in KPCL or elsewhere during the last 3 years
