05/SR/61SA/BLDG/2021-22/Q3W Demolition of RCC in roof slab, cover slab, chajjas etc including old decayed water proofing treatment of any type all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for surface preparation by removal of all loose particle to ensure clean, smooth and dry surface and laying 25mm thick PCC (1:2:4), type B0, using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate including mixing WPC @ 3% weight of cement finished even & smooth without using extra cement to cover negative slope into prop complete all as specified and directed.

M & L fibre reinforced, UV resistant elastomeric liquid applied water proofing & Heat reflective coating coating with acrylic Polymers and polyesterfibres,SmartCare Damp Proof or approved equivalent.The coating shall resist 7 bars of water pressure as per DIN 1048 standards, with elongation of 220% as per ASTM D412 & crack bridging of upto 1 mm & with high SRI value conforming to ASNZ standard. And applying three coat of Elastomeric waterproofing coating with recron fibres & High SRI value (Damp Proof) but fisrt coat of should be as primer for terrace waterproofing. Damp Proof is a part of the DSR as per 22.22A and incl repair and preparing of surfacesre. The operation shall be carried out after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles with wire brushes, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: UV resistant elastomeric liquid applied water proofing treatment shall be carrieed out by authorised applicator of make: (i) Asian Paint, Smart Care and damp proof (ii) M/s Sikka India Pvt. Ltd. (iii) M/s STP India Pvt Ltd. (iv) Bostick India Pvt Ltd. and approved by Accepting Officer.

Removing loose, crack concrete from roof projection, chajjas, coloumn, beam and similar structural work and cleaning the surfaces of fine materials with scaffolding up to a height 10 Mtrs complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 5mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 on any surfaces or concrete surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:6 on any surfaces or concrete surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L brick work with sub class ‘B’ brick (old size) built in CM 1:4 exc 6m mean radius complete all as specified.
