Providing Remedial Measures for Basement Grade Slab in Academic block of NAMO Medical College at Sayli , DNH

Providing material and labour for laying in position Ready Mixed M-25 grade concrete for reinforced cement conctere Grade slab, Slabs, staircase, landing, shelves, chhaja, cantilever work, using cement content as per approved Design Mix without Fly Ash (Min cementitious level as per latest IS 456 shall be maintained) manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all lead having continuous agitated mixer, as per mix design for reinforced cement concrete work including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying; cost of admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability; finishing, compacting, vibrating, curing etc Excluding cost of Form work and reinforcement etc complete for all elements, all floors, any heights/depths, any lead and lift as directed by Engineer Incharge.

Providing TMT Bar FE 500D reinforcement for R.C.C. work including bending, binding (with 18 SWG -1.22 mm GI wire) and placing in position complete for all floors, all levels, all heights/ depth complete as per drawings, specifications and direction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing and Fixing 600 mm Long and 20 mm dia Anchor Bolt with Two Nut & Two Washer and at top 100x100x10 mm thick MS Anchor Plate, Including 22 mm Dia Drilling/Cleaning Hole in Concrete for Grouting of Anchor Bolt with Injecting Grouting Chemical as per Structural Consultant's Specification, necessary scaffolding etc complete for all floors, all height as directed by engineer in charge.

Extra for carrying out vaccum dewatering & Power floater treatment in roads, pavements, basement floors well compacted, mechanically vibrated with screed vibrator, finished to required levels, floated with neat cement and power trowelled to get desired smooth finish / broom finish, over a leveling course, including MS channel or box shuttering, curing for 10 days with gunny bags etc complete. The rate shall be inclusive of labour and require machinery cost etc.

Groove cutting in the RCC surface at the locations shown on the drawings or as directed by the Engineer incharge. Grooves shall be cut to the up to 10 mm width and 40 mm depth using a concrete cutter cutting machine. including After cutting, thoroughly clean the grooves by removing all dust, loose particles, and debris using compressed air or a wire brush. and filling in grooves backer road with hot-poured bitumen sealant to ensure proper bonding and watertight sealing. Finish the surface flush with the surrounding concrete and complete the work in accordance with the project specifications and the Engineer’s instructions
