Description for item S/No. 1.01 to 1.03 : Removing of existing unserviceable plywood and S&F new plywood BWR Phenol bounded commercial plywood with the help of nut bolts including suitable washer as per drawing and directed.

S&F PVC/Rubber shoe of charpoy IP folding as per drg

S&F MS conduct pipe stiffeners of charpoy IP and bed hard made out of 25mm square MS pipe of 18 gauge wall thickness with welding and painting neatly with two coat of synthetic enamel paint to match with existing as shown on drawing and directed.

M&L welding to Bed hard steel, Charpoy IP hardtop and charpoy IP folding with hard top and filling properly at places of welding point throughout in broken joints of frame including painting of replaced part of steel portion to match with existing as directed. (one broken point shall be measured as one point i.e. one unit.)

Removing existing unserviceable plywood/MDF board from charpoy GI Pipe and tightening of Charpoy frame, check nuts and elbow as required and Supply & fixing of new ply of size 1980X900x12 mm thick BWP grade (ISI marked) by providing 04 Nos of clits welded on each short rail and 02 Nos of stiffner made of flat iron of size (40x05 x 900) mm duly painted black and ply shall be fixed with 10 Nos of suitable round headed nut bolts and washer as approved in each charpoy through suitable drill machine holes of appropriate size complete all as directed by engineer in charge.

Removing of old long rail of Charpoy GI Pipe and supply and fix new long rail of 32mm dia GI pipe medium grade duly threaded both sides as required. Note : 1. Old long rail as retrieved shall be used for converting short rail under item No 10 and charges for converting is included in unit rate of item. 2. GI pipe shall be arrange by the contractor and pipe shall be ISI marked.

Conversion of long rails of Charpoy GI Pipe (retrieved under item No 9) into short rail by cutting/finishing to shape and threading and replacing the same against unserviceable short rail. Note : Old short rail retrieved shall be used for converting the leg under item No 11 and charges for converting is included in the unit rate of item.

Conversion of short rails (retrieved under item No 10) into leg by cutting/finishing to shape and threading and replacing the same against unserviceable short rail.

Removing old elbow from charpoy and S&F GI elbow 32mm bore medium grade, 3 ways ISI marked complete all as directed.

Removing old check nut from charpoy and S&F new check nut 32mm bore, 6mm thick galvanised iron medium grade complete all as directed.
