Disconnecting all incoming and out going rubber hoss and drain out the water from choked radiator assembly of the following various capacities of DG sets and taking down the radiator assembly by unscrewing all mechanical connections from the existing mounting, cleaning throughly the choked pipe of radiator by using detergent like caustic soda, cotton waste etc. Cleaniing of all the diposited sediments in the pipes, soldering/braging the leakage pipe, after completion of above works and fixing the same to its original position with suitable size of nut , bolts and washers etc for the following DG sets all as specified and directed.

Taking down the defective turbo charger assembly duly disconnecting the mechanical connection from turbo charger assembly carrying out repairs to the deisel generating sets of the following capacities and complete the turbo charger assembly by and replacing the turbo charger kit, reassembling and refixing the turbo charger assembly to its original position and reconnecting the same including testing complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of exhaust pipe of the following DG Sets by unscrewing nuts and bolts and taking down the pipe with muffler removing the burnt out asbestos rope and well rapping with new asbestos rope including silencer cleaning and modification of exhaust pipe re-fixing the same in its original position complete all as directed.

Disconnecting and isolating the engine from the alternator of the following DG Sets from its base and taking down the old difective fly wheel by unscrrewing the bolts nuts etc and supply and fix new fly wheel rim gear to the engine and reconnecting the alternator to the engine and testing complete all as directed.

Disconnecting and dismentling the fuel pump assembly from its original position by opening of bolts and nuts, renewing of pump repair kit and fuel pipe refixing the same after overhouling including caliberation complete all as directed.

Renewal of existing RPM, hour meter for following capacity of the DG sets.

S&F in replacement of burnt rectifier of size 2” x 2” x 24 plate (set of three).

S&F of replacement of burnt rectifier of size 3” x 3” x 24 plate (set of three).

Servicing of DG sets by cleaning and change of sump oil suitable for DG sets of capacity 40 KVA to 500 KVA complete all as specified and directed

Supply and re-filling/topping up of engine oil 15 W 40 in sealed drum after taking out un-serviceable engine oil from oil sump of DG Sets of any capacity. Make: Valvoline/Castrol super/equivalent as approved by AGE(I)

Supply and re-filling/topping up of coolent in sealed pack for DG Set of any capacity. Make : Valvoline /Castrol super/equivalent as approved by AGE (I).

Supply and re-filling/topping of distilled water in sealed pack suitable for batteries of any Volt/AH.

S&F in replacement of lub oil temperature gauge of Cat Part No. suitable for DG Set capacity 250 KVA to 500KVA ,All as specified and directed
